Wonderful stay in old town of Chania.

Pros: A wonderful view of the port below. Perfect. The breakfast was amazing. Loved our stay there. Staff were very helpful and the welcome was warm and fun. This is a great place to stay.

Pros: Stayed here before but this was awesome, friendly staff, clean, location amazing easily accessible for everywhere and the room was just beautiful. Breakfast is plentiful with lots to choose from and excellent coffee. Would recommend confidently and we will definitely return, thanks for.making our New Year special!

Amazing destination, amazing hotel and wonderful staff!

Pros: The breakfast area was sparkling clean and the selection was wonderful! The staff in the breakfast area were terrific in both their pride and care in the presentation and also in their interaction with the guests.

Warm welcoming and always ready to help

Pros: Staff waas very helpful, friendly and accomodating. I had issues with noise and Anthonis went above my expectations and was able to change location for another Elia hotel traht was quiet and luxurious. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff

Cons: Location fo the hotel, noisy because of closeness to the street and also not accessible by car. But it has nothing to do witjh the service at the property.

Cons: We were driving and I would have liked to know that we couldn’t drive to the hotel ie that we had to park further away and walk.

Pros: The room was exceptional. The views were amazing. Unfortunately the staff let us down

Cons: We woke on the first morning to no power in our room. When we enquired downstairs, the staff member informed us it was the whole hotel but didn't help us with any more information on how long it may be or where to charge phones. They came across uninterested with our enquiries
