Lovely

Pros: The staff and the location were amazing. The room is beautiful and cosy with beautiful lighting.

Beautiful hotel in an exceptional location

Pros: The hotel is located at the heart of the old harbour, but very quiet and super cozy. Breakfast was amazing, the room was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious.

Pros: The hotel is beautiful and it's position on the old port is perfect - however the best thing about it is the amazing staff. Ada was fantastic and all the others too, the girl with the glasses (sorry I don't remember her name) was especially sweet. The staff really contributed to making our stay at the hotel and Crete so memorable.

Simply perfect.

Pros: Perfect location, with view on the ocean and the lighthouse, and on the backside one of the prettiest little alleys. Absolutely beautiful room with great lighting, a strong shower and high quality of linen, towels etc. Free water every day and a well filled minibarm, which is rare these days. As soon as I can, I will go back.

Cons: Couldn't have been better.

Majestic!

Pros: The location and room were excellent. The staff and specifically Christina M was an absolute champion to deal with from the first moment we arrived. A great experience and would highly recommend this property.

Cons: * A few more details on how to get from the parking to the location when you have multiple suitcases can be testing. * no elevator between ground floor and 1st floor.* please note it’s not possible to build the shaft vs the lack of insight to create it. This is tricky when you have suitcases to get to 1st floor where the elevator services all floors. However all staff eager to help and assist.

Pros: The most beautiful suite in Chania. The view is breathtaking, location is perfect, interior design is wonderful, the moorish elements are so delicate and creatively. The service was great. I strongly recommend it. Thanks.

Best romantic escape

Pros: Excellent hotel!delicious breakfast,perfect ubication,absolutely comfortable bed and shower..Stuff was wonderful and gave us an amazing recommendation for dinner and lunch.We are extra happy with our stay!

Cons: Good to know that since it is an old building in the old center, the taxi cannot come directly and there are stairs to get up to the room.But the stuff was so helpful with all,that it did not affect our stay,but made charming.
