Mosaic Venetian Harbour Suites

Pros: A beautiful room right in the heart of Chania's charming Old Town. The room was very large with a big comfortable bed, as well as a big station for making coffee. Everything was very clean. Communication with the host was very easy and they were very responsive.

Pros: I absolutely love staying in this beautiful suite. It's a joy to wake up every morning and take in the glorious view of the harbour and it's surrounds. Every time I'm in Chania, I stay here and will continue to do so well into the future. It's central and so convenient for me and the staff are so kind and considerate. I rate it as a top ten stay and would highly recommend it. I would like to thank everyone there who welcomed me and made my stay so comfortable, secure, and pleasant.

Cons: I have no complaints

Location is good. Room was adequate for a couple. A staff member at the desk would have been great.

Pros: Location was great. Room was with a balcony which was great. Room facilities were adequate.

Cons: No reception staff over the two days we stayed. No one contacted us to find out if we need any help or we are OK. Very impersonal with no local help to provide any local information.

Fabulous accommodation with views over the harbour

Pros: Beautiful ,large room, great bathroom and fabulous view of the harbour. At the heart of Chania old town with numerous good restaurants in walking distance.

Stunning views from very a very confortable, well equipped room.

Pros: Everything! It’s right on the harbour overlooking the sea and lighthouse. It’s right at the heart of the Old Town. The room itself was beautiful with beamed ceiling and long windows. A beautiful en-suite with powerful shower, a very comfortable king size bed with crisp white linen. Tea and coffee facilities and a mini fridge. A sofa and views that fed the soul.

Cons: Be aware that there is no private parking and Chania can be difficult to find a spot if you plan to hire a car. We were on the 3rd floor - great vista, but the stairs! Be aware, only one room has access to a balcony.

Great location, nice room.

Pros: Excellent location just a few yards from the harbour. It was great being able to pop in and out of the room whenever I wanted.

Cons: I slept very well. The noise dies down and it was peaceful.

Perfect place for a Chania stay. Absolutely perfect.

Pros: Can't fault it. Location superb, communication before and during my stay were fast and excellent. Staff were super friendly. Room was clean and roomy and comfy. They arranged a great breakfast deal. Very reasonable price. It was super quiet.

Great location, great facilities, great staff - but a little too small for 2 people.

Pros: Location was great, access great, staff great, very easy to get around from this lovely apartment.

Cons: Even though it was booked for 2 people, it was clearly far too small for 2 people so my friend ended up staying elsewhere.

Clean simple no frills accommodation

Pros: Location was excellent, close to the centre and without any noise. Staff were friendly and helpful. As i expected clean, simple, no frills accommodation.

Cons: Space was limited for 3 people. Lack of space to put possessions.

Would highly recommend.

Pros: The location is great - in the heart of the old town on the harbour. The view of the harbour is wonderful to wake up to and when the windows are closed - you don’t hear the noise of the harbour and restaurants. The ladies that work at the suites are wonderful and can’t do enough to help and assist with information about the island.
