Ideal hotel for a business trip

Pros: Very helpful and nice staff! They let me to check in a bit earlier and also welcomed me with a nice non alcoholic welcome drink and little Greece sweets that were waiting for me in the room. Room was also very tidy and cozy, bed was super comfy and the room provides lots of storage space. Breakfast was included - tasty, local and offering a wide variety of breakfast meals. Definitely would stay again. Ideal place for a business trip.

Relaxing comfortable stay and excellent staff team - central location and spotless comfortable room

Pros: Really charming, polite and helpful staff in all areas. Excellent breakfast. Location very close to old town. Room spacious, clean and comfortable with great bathroom too and plenty of storage. Common lounge area and poolside areas well maintained and comfortable.

Cons: Little to complain about. Room balcony a bit noisy perhaps.

Cons: No kettle in room only a coffee maker which is fine if you only like coffee made I a thimble

Relaxing stay at a strategic location in Chania

Pros: The location of the hotel was very good, close to the old town of Chania. The airco in the room was very good (silent and no cold draft). The room was well isolated against outside noises. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel manager provided us with very good advice on local restaurants and trips (e.g. Dourakis winery and visits to local cultural heritage). Staff at the reception took care of calling for a taxi for us whenever needed.

Cons: The sofa and seats in the lobby were less comfortable.

Fantastic hotel with super friendly staff!

Pros: The most friendly staff ever! Great room, with a very big bathroom and also a very big terrace on the top floor. Breakfast was fantastic and diner at the hotel was excellent. Nice bar area. Also Nice swimming pool.

Cons: Located on a busy road, but no noise hinderance because of it.

Pros: Clean. Good facilities. Quick lifts. Very central Great soundproofing

Cons: Our room faced a building site so we couldn’t open the patio doors due to builders seeing j to the room. Very noisy but sound proofing was great
