Euphoria Resort - All Inclusive

Pros: Great Pool for children. Lots of families. Big bed.

Cons: Staff some quite unfriendly, some nice. Sustainability questionable, a lot of one time use cups and plates. Beach not for little children, waves and pebble stone beach. Food in Buffet restaurant only OK.

A great family friendly vacation

Pros: A super clean and chilled family friendly vacation

Cons: Rules were a bit too strict at times.

A piece of heaven in summer holiday

Pros: Aesthetically pleasing modern and practical All facilities are at close reach Food really good Food at Asian restaurant Nami just excellent and the food at Kuzinha simply delicious

Cons: Beach pebbly and no easy passage way to get in the sea but swim shoes can easily solve this issue

Great stay for an active vacation with family

Pros: We had a wonderful active week at this place with 2 teens, my wife and me. Accommodations are very good, and the food was of high quality. There are sport and fitness activities that can be booked all day long, with a good variation during the week. The staff was very respectful. We would gladly revisit whenever possible.

Unforgettable!

Pros: The entire experience was unforgettable! Elegant design, waterfront location, hospitable staff, excellent food, and to us the fact that the entire resort is 100% accessible to people with disabilities was crucial. Thanks to the staff for making our stay the most pleasant we had in Crete!

Cons: None to think of

Pros: Everything except that it was too far from shopping. The food was excellent, the staff was great, the rooms clean.. The swimming pool was super. I have never seen sure a huge pool! Everything I see now doesn't measure up to the Euphoria Resort. They Are G R E A T!!

A very relaxing, very high quality resort. Perfect for a few days.

Pros: Very comfortable rooms, wonderful pool, very high quality food, great service (whether pool or beach side, in a restaurant or at the front desk). The staff were very accommodating - our flight home was at 9pm and we were told we could stay at the resort for as long as we wanted, use all of the facilities etc. The lady at Reception was writing down the time we wanted our bags collected from our room, and she apologised for not looking at me while she was speaking to me! So lovely. We were unable to book any of the a la Carte restaurants on arrival (they were all full and we were only there for 3 nights), but the staff managed to find us a table at the Asian restaurant (which was fantastic).

Cons: The vitamin bar was closed nearly all the time we were there which was disappointing. Our shower really wasn’t very powerful and the TV kept cutting out, as if there was poor signal. We have 3 teenagers, and there were v few people their age (but loads of little kids). It didn’t matter, as this was planned as a time for us to spend time just the 5 of us, but if we’d been there for longer, they might have been a bit disappointed. We didn’t think that much of the surrounding area. We had spent a week elsewhere in Crete (Kalyves) and loved it there. If you like exploring, there’s not much to see/places to walk to. We loved the resort, but once you’re there, you could be anywhere in Europe/Asia/Middle East/Caribbean etc. Maybe not the place to stay if you want to experience real Crete.

Pros: Breakfast was good and al la cart restaurants Italian and Asian were nice. Beef wasn’t so good but the other dishes were very nice. The kids club was very nice and clean thanks to staff our kids enjoyed activities!

Cons: It was difficult booking al la cart restaurants when we pay so much to stay also many seats were open when it said full….and also waiting to be seated at the main restaurant didn’t really make sense also being told i couldn’t wear flip flops when that’s all i brought, i didn’t really understand that when we were dressed up. They should consider adding a playground for kids at the start of the grass area since all kids play there in the evenings .
