Would recommend staying here, well located and had everything we needed for our one night stay.

Pros: Very Central location. Comfortable beds. Clean. Bathroom was modern. Air conditioning. Friendly staff.

Cons: No kettle in the room for coffee/tea but we were given a coffee to take to our room.

Pros: Our hotel room was cleaned everyday. It was spacious and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations. The hotel is near the old Chania port 5-10 minutes walk where there are a lot of restaurants and shops open till very late. It is also in the vicinity of a bus stop. It was a great stay. We were really satisfied with our stay in this hotel.

Pros: Excellent location,perfect base! Close to bus station, shops and eateries. Harbour was just around the corner.Room was very basic but spotless clean . Staff and reception were very helpful. No need for transport if you just want to explore Chania. Everything is within walking distance. Although there wasn't a kettle provided with room , if you ask the staff will provide you with one and do their utmost to help with what you need, regarding both room, taxis and info about Crete. A lovely Island .

Cons: Although breakfast has 3 options, it was a bit bland. There should be more choices for those staying more than a day or two (the bread should be more variety in choice at least, and also fruit) At the reception area, where you can sit and eat, toast maybe an option at the reception area for those who want something different, some variety of cereal.(Especially , if one has children)Eating the same thing day after day gets a bit too boring .

Fine for one night

Pros: I booked for an overnight stay and it was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful and arranged airport transfer for me. Late check in was available. Very close to main bus station. Bathroom was good. Clean.

Cons: I think it was expensive for the room standard. Aircon was loud so I switched it off during the night.

Pros: Great location, few minutes from the port and old town, lots and lots of restaurants and shops around. Our room was always clean, nice and spacious, big balcony with a wonderful view.

Pros: Great location - the hotel is in the center and close to everything you want to visit and close to the bus station. At the same time, it is located on a quiet and peaceful street and you can sleep wonderfully with the window open. Cleanliness is at a high level - rooms are cleaned every day, and bed linen is changed daily. Staff are responsive and ready to help you with recommendations and information. I would visit again.
