Pros: Our stay was wonderful! The hotel is located right in the center a top location. Spotlessly clean and the lady who welcomed us was very polite and hospitable. And by the way… the mattress was top-notch! 😜

It was great, if I’m ever coming back to Chania in surely going to stay here again

Pros: The property was really clean, in the middle pf Chania. Everything was 5 minutes away by foot. They replaced the coffee capsules daily, added new water (free) to our mini-fridge. The staff organized our trip to Balos, which was really convenient. The guy from the reception also gave me a list of his favorite places. And the price was good. I highly recommend it.

Best staff ever, congratulations.

Pros: The staff. The location is excellent, and the staff is wonderful—everyone treated me incredibly well. The service was outstanding. There were three ladies who helped me, including Olivia and two others whose names I can’t remember—one of them was the housekeeper. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because of the shower—it doesn’t have doors, so water spills out when you bathe. If that’s not an issue for other travelers, I think this is a great option. I truly recommend it. Congratulations to all the staff, and thank you for welcoming us with such beautiful smiles. You were incredibly kind—never change!

Pros: Almost everything! We like the room, the bed is comfortable , location - its in the old town, and a few minute walk to bus station and staff are really nice and accommodating.

Cons: The shower. It’s too small and no glass cover. So everything will be wet.
