Excellent but not if you have mobility problems

Pros: Excellent location. Well appointed accomodation. Roof terrace.

Cons: About 36 steep steps to access apartment and no lift . Expected rooftop whirlpool from photos but none existed. Shower access difficult and potentially dangerous as in centre of large circular bath and no handrail.

Perfect location - would stay here again!

Pros: Great location in the old Chania. Tucked away out of sight. Clean room, responsive host, air conditioning, lovely bathroom.

Cons: Due to its location there is a bar playing extremely loud music until late at night

Great location, nice room.

Pros: The location of the hotel was great, it was more like a apartment hotel than a regular one. There was no reception, so no possibilities to have drinks or food from there. Room was big and had a nice balcony overviewing one of the more quiet streets in the city. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Missing the reception was the only ”bad” thing.

Pros: Maria was a superb host, really attentive and efficient. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-located. I would certainly stay at the Querini Suites if I come back to Chania.

The most perfect stay in Chania

Pros: I have absolutely nothing to fault about this accommodation - Firstly, Maria the Manager/Host is absolutely fantastic, she goes above and beyond any host I have ever come across when travelling and will go out of her way to make your stay as fantastic as possible. The time taken to provide recommendations to being on a text message away with almost instant responses was impressive. The accommodation is in a perfect location being on one of the main strips with everything at your doorstep! We cannot wait to return and would highly recommend this piece of paradise to anyone travelling to Chania. Thank you so so much once again!! Jasmine xo

Wonderful stay in Chania thanks to the warm welcome and advice of Maria.

Pros: The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and very well situated at the border of the old town and close to a lot of great restaurants and places to visit. We also really appreciated the balcony. The suite in itself is a great value for money but what makes the experience great is Maria! She gave us great advice of places to visit / restaurants to go to, was always available to answer our questions and was very kind. We will recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to go to Chania and we will definitely book it again if we ever come back.

Pros: The property was in an amazing location right in the centre of Chania Old Town, making it easy to walk to the nearby markets and venetian harbour. It was clean, modern and everything worked as expected.

Quality Suite in perfect location

Pros: Firstly, the Host Maria was amazing and very accommodating. With welcoming refreshments on arrival and helping out with our luggage and car spot. Maria went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay and provided us with heaps of local eateries and things to do on the island. Furthermore, the location is unbelievable. You literally walk out the door, and you're surrounded by shop's cafe's and restaurants. Bed sofa and bathroom were all fantastic, and super clean. I rate this place 20/10 it's a one stop shop.

Great suite in the center!

Pros: Great position, right in the historical center. Very large and comfy suite, with great oversized bed. Amazing host (Maria) extremely helpful. We’ve been several times to Chania in 5* hotels. This time we opted for an apartment and we did not regret!
