Wonderful. Would go back.

Pros: Emily - so welcoming and helpful. She arranged car hire for a day and wrote out specially a detailed itinerary, which was perfect. Our room was really comfortable, very good bed, with an enormous jacuzzi. The location in the heart of the Old Town could not be better.

Beautiful experience in Chania old centre

Pros: Everything was perfect. Central location, the room was recently renewed, very clean and the jacuzzi breathtaking. I would rate the customer service way above 10. The owner helped us with everything, even to rent a car. We felt very welcome.

Cons: All good.
