Comfortable Old Town Stay
Pros: I loved the location right in the old town. The information to access the hotel and room was easy and convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The nearby breakfast was very good. We didn’t meet any of the staff but they communicated frequently with us before we arrived.
Cons: The only negative was that everything was wrapped in plastic - the towels, slippers, bathrobes, and even individual paper napkins and the corkscrew! I hope the management will consider making the hotel more environmentally friendly.

Pros: We liked the interior, little lovely details, enjoyed the complementary wine and I had the best sleep ever, the bed was so comfortable.Enjoyed our late evening roof top terase views .The breakfast option was exellent, they even have made a take away breakfast on one of early morning trip days. Would like to praise our host Vereniki for looking well after us!

We had a lovely stay in a beautiful place.
Pros: The rooms were beautiful with everything you could think of and a bottle of wine and snacks provided. Very good communication before about our stay. The roof terrace was lovely although our short stay meant we didn’t get to enjoy it. We were given a voucher for breakfast at the end of the street. Great choices and lovely food. Staff were very friendly.
Cons: The stairs to the second floor and the roof terrace would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.

Cosy boutique hotel in the heart of Chania
Pros: Location, superb. Exception to all details wonderful. Host very reliable, responsive and nice
Cons: Nothing i did not like. There is a small and very nice jazz bar literally next to the hotel, and there is music of course However, with good window insulation that the hotel has, even that is not a problem.

Beautiful
Pros: It was beautifully decorated and very thoughtful with personal touches. Prior to arriving, they asked our preference in wine and had it chilling in the refrigerator when we arrived. They had candies/snacks in the room. When they learned we would be departing early, they came late at night, 11:30, and delivered two thank you gifts. Everything was so thoughtful. The rooftop terrace is breathtaking.
Cons: There is no elevator which is common in the area, so if you have difficulty climbing stairs, ask for room close to first floor. Parking is difficult in Chania, but with the help of the hotel we found a garage where we parked overnight, and it was a close walk.

Pros: Everything was perfect. All the little details chocolates in room, biscuits, wine. It was definitely a 5 star experience. Breakfast at the cafe close by was also amazing.

A home away from home
Pros: Everything was impeccable! Room was extremely well designed, had all the amenities one can think of, communication with manager/owner was available 24hrs and very promptly, roof terrace cute, cleanliness 100%, words cannot describe how amazed we were when we saw this room! Very centrally situated. Couldn't ask for more. Found a bottle of Reisling upon our arrival and a gift before we left!
Cons: Shower had massage jets but water sprinkled all over the floor. Maybe if a glass door is attached to the wall, this mess can be avoided.

Pros: The most beautiful small hotel in Chania, location could not be better, convenient for all the restaurants and cafes, yet very peaceful inside. Every room is decorated differently and exquisitely with a modern/venetian feel and lots of little extras. Also a lovely sunroof to enjoy a glass of wine or 2. Vereniki on reception and the housekeeping team looked after us excellently and offered recommendations for restaurants etc. Another bonus of staying here is the breakfast at The Estro Cafe, definitely the best we had in Chania. Would 100% recommend
