When a hotel can boost your trip thanks to its team and location

Pros: A perfect location close to the city center (5mn walk) and close to the bus station (100m) for all the trips in the island. A very welcoming and efficient team led by Thomas and Nondas who supported us before and during our stay on all topics such as renting a car, selecting the trips and restaurants in Chania, etc.. A fantastic typical greek breakfast with variety according to the days and organised by a smiling and friendly team.

Cons: Not to have stayed longer!

Pros: Excellent breakfast. Great location very near bus terminal for intercity and airport, short walk to the old town and Harbour.

Pros: The room was very comfortable, modern and clean. Beautiful en-suite bathroom. Kettle , coffee making facilities in the room and even a small fridge which was great to store cold drinks etc . Room housekeeping was excellent. All staff friendly and kind. The breakfast was excellent with an eye watering range of foods to suit every culinary preference. We loved the welcoming atmosphere, ready advice about places to visit/ getting around. The people working there couldn’t have been nicer. The hotel was modern, sparklingly clean, relatively small and intimate. The location was excellent. A short walk to the Old Town and harbour which is a superb and very picturesque area to shop, relax, eat and wander round. Everyone was so hospitable . The hotel is also right next to the bus station with buses in all directions and close by, there is a travel office offering excursions.

Cons: Sound proofing in the bedrooms could have been a bit better as the hotel is in a typically busy residential area. Also for anyone with mobility issues, although there is a lift to all floors serving bedrooms, there is a flight of stairs from pavement to reception, with no lift. I understand the hotel is already aware of this and thinking about how to improve access.

Pros: Central location,the hotel team was wonderful,warm and helpful.The atmosphere in the hotel was pleasant,the bed was comfortable and we enjoy having a balcony.Good level of cleanliness.

Cons: One small thing to improve-when flushing,the toilet sometimes splashed water

Short but very good stay and exceptional breakfast!

Pros: Very clean, modern and tasteful hotel, a minutes walk from the bus station but very close to the old town, harbour etc. The room was very comfortable and had a nice balcony. The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of choice- loved the homemade granola! The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons: Quite an unpleasant smell in the bathroom but it may have been the torrential rain the night I stayed!

Comfortable, modern and clean. Would recommend.

Pros: Very good location. Two minutes walk to bus station. Ten minute walk to old town. Breakfast had plenty of choice.

Cons: The street the hotel is on is a bit run down but the area felt very safe.

Pros: It was exceptional, high level cleaness. The staff was friendly and helpful. Ideal for walking to the main square.

Pros: Breakfast was really good. Brilliant for the bus station. Very well presented modern hotel.

Cons: The area is a bit dowdy and at night, when we arrived, we were a bit concerned. However in the day time the location felt fine.and we should not have worried

Pros: Late arrival but welcomed warmly. Reception ordered a take away for us. Air con worked Good WiFi Good linen and towels Shower worked Stylish architect designed courtyard for breakfast

Cons: Steps on entry to reception
