Absolutely Amazing!
Pros: The house is perfect! We had such a bliss staying here. So quiet! The house is modern and stylish and has everything you need. The owner was extremely helpful when we need a doctor for our young son. It was a pain to leave. Highly recommend!!

Pros: The house was super nice, so well designed and beautiful, well eqquipped and also outside pool area was very nice to hang out. Askifou village is very quiet and authentic mountain village, but less than 30 drive away to nice southern beaches. If you wish peaceful stay surrounded by mountains, this is your choice.
Cons: The doors and steps were a bit loud when someone used them.

Pros: The privacy, the nice interior, the terrace out of the sun, the lovely swimming pool, the airconditioning on the very hot days,... Angeliki was so nice to make us a home cooked meal with even something special for our kids. She also gave us good tips for things to do nearby. And told us where the loveliest beaches were. The house really has everything that you need. For the kids even toys for the swimming pool and other games. Coffee, herbs and washing products were all provided. And also more than enough towels. We really enjoyed it!
Cons: We always choose non touristy areas in nature when we go on holiday. And we loved that we had a lot of privacy in this house. But for us it was a bit too far away from several places we wanted to visit. But that's mostly because of the fact that we only went on holiday for one week and there's a lot to see in Crete. But we didn't want to spend too much time driving. Luckily there were enough beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and so on within half an hour driving. At the time of our stay they were doing renovations on the house opposite this house. So it could be noisy sometimes. But this has nothing to do with the house itself.

The perfect house in the mountains.
Pros: Our amazing hosts gave us a warm welcome with freshly prepared traditional food. The beautiful house was perfectly equipped, everything was there and it was absolutely clean. The garden and the pool are wonderful, the village and the surrounding mountains are picturesque. There is a great supermarket in the village (in the the side street), several tavernas, gas stations, a museum, and a lot of sheep and goats. The beaches of Northern and Southeren Crete can be reached in a reasonable amount of time.

A dreamy house we would definitely come back to
Pros: The property is huge with all facilities you need and even more! We would definitely recommend to stay at this house. The village is quiet and lovely - especially the sunrise. Angelika was really helpful - gave us tips what to see around the town and always asked if we needed anything. She even made us dinner when we arrived and the food was delicious!
Cons: Nothing. Everything was clean, the pool was great, the atmosphere stunning.

Pros: Wir haben uns für dieses Ferienhaus entschieden, da es abseits der touristischen Massen liegt und eine wunderschöne Lage in den Bergen bietet. Mit dem Auto sind es nur 30 Minuten sowohl nach Georgioupoli im Norden als auch nach Chora Sfakion im Süden, was die Lage perfekt macht, um die Region zu erkunden. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders der große Pool und die zahlreichen schattigen Plätze haben uns gefallen. Der Außenbereich bietet zudem einen Grill und eine Feuerstelle, was für gemütliche Abende sorgt. Die Vermieter waren unglaublich freundlich und haben uns am ersten Abend herzlich empfangen – sogar ein vorbereitetes Essen wartete auf uns. Alles in allem waren wir rundum zufrieden und können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.

Fantastisch! Comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Pros: Superfijn ontvangen met een warme maaltijd. We voelde ons direct thuis. De service was uitstekend en we konden alles vragen! Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en we hebben enorm genoten van de afgelegen plek in de bergen.
Cons: Helaas waren er veel wespen bij het zwembad, dat was wel pech hebben. De host heeft er wel echt alles gedaan om daarmee te helpen, maar was ook niet echt wat aan te doen.

Unvergessliche Ferien in der Villa Skyphos: Hier haben wir uns endlich entspannt!
Pros: Wir verbrachten zum ersten Mal zwei erholsame und abwechslungsreiche Ferienwochen in der Villa Skyphos. Alle Zimmer sind geschmackvoll mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir fanden sie sehr sauber vor, ausgerüstet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Leichtigkeit des Seins hat einen sofort! Die unkomplizierte und herzliche Art der Gastgeberin Angeliki schätzten wir sehr. Verwöhnt wurden wir am ersten Abend mit einem tollen selbgemachten Essen, zudem gab sie uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir genossen die Ruhe in der ländlichen, wunderschönen Gegend. Nach Ausflügen in die nähere und weitere Umgebung, hier gibt es so viel Interessantes zu entdecken, konnten wir uns wunderbar im Swimmingpool erfrischen. Wir können dieses Haus und die Gastgeberin wirklich nur empfehlen! Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
