Perfect

Pros: Location perfect, breakfast by the sea front, high street shopping 5 minutes walk, old town, great pubs and restaurants 10/15 minutes walk away on the sea front, breakfast is always fresh, staff cant do enough for you go out of their way. Family run hotel.

Cons: More light in the bedroom near the dressing table a lamp would be great.

Pros: Amazing quality for the price. The location is also a big advantage. The staff was really friendly, smiling all the time and helpful in all cases. Rooms are always perfectly clean. I couldn't recommend more 🙂

Amazing owners great location and lovely restaurant on site

Pros: Family run hotel with the most amazing staff ever. Breakfast is good and a lovely restaurant on site and the food is amazing very well priced. right across the road from the beach 15 mins walk to the old port. Rooms are a good size and beds are very comfortable the shower is excellent. Big shout out to the owners there so friendly and just cant do enough for you

Cons: A Kettle in the room would be good. other then that everything was amazing nothing to complain about

Pros: Breakfast was very nice with local products and also other things. Plenty of things. Hotel personnel was very nice and smiley. Bed and towels were very comfortable. Bathrooms was renovated and very clean. Cleaning personnel was so nice with little gifts, I was so happy entering the room.

Cons: The room was very small but I was alone so it was OK. Not sure if you are 2 people.

Location excellent, right on the beach. Still close to city. Staff very helpful and efficient.

Pros: Staff were wonderful. So helpful, providing maps and directions. Able to help with logistics even when no longer a guest there. Room clean. Right on the beach. Breakfast lovely and included. Has a restaurant with great food. Safe. Shower also wonderful. Would stay there again.

Pros: I stayed 5 nights and as a solo traveler I loved everything. I want to share what others have not. Local bus #11 drops closest to the hotel. Take the direct bus from Chania airport. Cash or card. Excellent service no need to prebook, so very cheap compared to a taxi. Drops you in the centre of the city. Good selection of used books at the hotel left by other travellers free to read.AC ran perfectly & quiet. Complementary breakfast and view of the sea while eating was excellent. The hotel restaurant was also amazing and reasonable. I Wish i could have stayed longer. Thank you to the amazing staff and owners. They work so very hard so you can have a wonderful holiday.

A comfortable, well-located stay with wonderful hosts and great breakfast!

Pros: The owners were fantastic and very kind, with excellent communication throughout our stay. Our late check-in was no problem at all. The location was perfect – right across from the beach, close to restaurants, and just a short taxi ride from the main bus depot. The facilities were well-equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel felt safe and secure, and the beautifully presented daily breakfast was a wonderful bonus.
