Excellent!

Pros: All the staff we met were friendly and professional. Location is great and room was stylish and comfortable

Cons: Only minor niggle was the temperature of the Spa pool, in Summer it would be perfect but in March we would have preferred it to be warmer.

Do not hesitate to book.

Pros: This is our second time returning to this beautiful property. The location is perfect, just a short walk from great restaurants and plenty of shops. The staff are exceptionally professional and kind, always offering excellent service and helpful recommendations. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Pros: We came to Chania to elope and the hotel was so helpful. They went above and beyond with helping us feel comfortable and also were great with our extended family & friends when hosting in the bar/receptions. Staff were all so friendly.

Pros: Loved the location to beachfront, walking distance to Old Town, private parking and valet service, attentive staff, comfortable beds and lovely double shower.

Hotel, staff and location all excellent. Weather almost too hot.

Pros: All staff were extremely pleasant and courteous. The hotel was spotless and hard to fault. We were upgraded to, I believe, the best room in the hotel. Food was excellent, especially our meal in the veranda restaurant on our last evening.

Cons: A minor criticism is the plethora of electronic switches for lights, curtains etc. A bit over the top and difficult to locate when dark.

Lovely welcoming hotel

Pros: Lovely small hotel with its own beach which was great after hot days. Really friendly and helpful staff. A quiet location away from the busy centre.

Cons: It was quite hard to get to by car, but not their fault. Breakfast was good and really plentiful, but I found ordering everything at the start a bit difficult.
