Cons: There was a piece of iron covering a 🕳️ hole on the floor if the toilet which is used to drain the water,but it was moving every time I stepped on it

Excellent studio, nicely furnished with outstanding location near seafront
Pros: Pleasantly furnished and very clean.Constant hot water a boon where others rely on very variable solar heating in winter.I booked for 3 days but stayed for 17 !!! Great location about 70 metres from seafront and beach.Very helpful communication with owner.
Cons: Nothing,but a microwave would be a real asset for reheating takeaways as there is no kitchen

Clean stay
Pros: The room was modern, spacious, and very clean. Parking was easy, and the location is perfect if you want to visit the harbour or take a scenic walk through the neighbourhood into town for a coffee. The reception staff were also very friendly. I forgot something in my room and they communicated well and helped me get it back quickly.
Cons: I felt the photos of the view were a bit misleading, especially for my room. While I did have the partial sea view that was advertised, the main view was of a half-built building and a dumpster on the corner, with an old mattress and couch next to it. Where I’m from, abandoned buildings like this usually aren’t a good sign and can indicate crime or drug activity, so even though this one was blocked off and not an active construction site, it didn’t feel very “holiday-like” when looking out the window.

Pros: The bed was super comfortable and I slept really well. Also the owner accommodated my request to have a quiet studio, which was really helpful. Although it was facing inner building side so there was no sea view, but I could hear the waves, which was even more relaxing and helped me sleep better. My room was cleaned daily, overall the place is super clean, and the cleaner Natalia is really nice and friendly, does a great job!
Cons: Amenities could be better. There were only 2 small spoons, 2 big spoons and one knife (from the set) not really sharp so it was quite difficult to use it. And only 1 plate!!! One kettle, no cooker, not even a small one for a coffee. So my suggestion would be better to improve these: to provide proper cutlery set, plates so that if one prefers to have breakfast in, could do so! Also a small cooker would be good to have. Balcony is super, super small. Overall this place is only to sleep there and that is it.

a great bargain close to the beach and lovely restaurants, and within walking distance to old town.
Pros: The proximity to the beach was great. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The room was spotlessly clean. The air conditioning was excellent.
Cons: Some of the furniture was a bit tatty.

Good stay overall as it worked for us, especially with the car rental.
Pros: The location is great, easy access to Old Town. Staff amazing- the only person we interacted with was the gentleman that helped us with the car rental but he was so helpful and nice. Highly recommend their services
Cons: Cleanliness can be a bit improved. Our towels have not been replaced in three days and I gelt like it was not vacuumed/mopped on our daily cleaning as it was still sand from the day before on some parts off the floor. No water was provided which isn’t a anyway mentioned but everywhere we stayed in Crete they provided.

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay here at Tellus City... Location was brilliant, literally a hop, skip and a jump to the beach and restaurants! Our room was mega clean, with a regular change of bedding and towels during our weeks stay. All staff were happy, polite and very helpful making it a relaxed atmosphere! ☺️
