Excellent accommodation in great location
Pros: Excellent location across the road from a nice sandy beach, and just along the road from a good restaurant. Rooms consist of a sleeping area and separate dining,/kitchen area, and a large attractive balcony. Room was spacious and clean. Owner very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel/apartman with a 5 stars hospitality.
Pros: The owner, Adonis is a great person, so helpfull. Bruno, the dog, he is a very good boy :).He is collected his hugs every morning and afternoon:) Very good location, close to the beach, the accomodation is very nice,clean and modern. The room is good size,view is fantastic to the beach and the sea. The pool is nice and clean but we preffered the sea. We had no breakfast, but opposite to the road, in another hotel,Choumaz, they offered a breakfast for everyone.It was very nice breakfast, good portion for correct price.Wild selection of the food. Palaiochora is 5-7 mins of driving from the hotel where easy to find some shops/tavernas. We will go back again there. Thank you Adonis, see you in 2026.
Cons: What could have been better?Our salary, so we can stay longer...

Lovely location and view
Pros: Very quietly located apartment with super views. The owner Antonis, was very helpful and responded quickly to any requests.
Cons: Quite a few issues needed addressing (and they were, swiftly). The shower head didn’t have a bracket to attach to the wall, which was inconvenient.

Pros: Very nice location opposite the beach. The apartment was spacious and comfortable The owner was very friendly and helpful - took good care of us and Bruno , the lovely and friendly Watch Dog
Cons: In the morning there was some noise from the street which didn't bother us much

Pros: Fantastic view from the apartament. Rooms are regularly cleaned. The Host is very helpfull and kind. The pool is very clean and we could use whenever we wanted to. Apartament is 10 minutes walk from the most beautiful and cosy beach in this area. With the car it is 15 minutes to the centre of Pealaiachora. We will come back for sure

Fabulous location, would recommend!
Pros: Location great, 1 bed 1st floor apartment had 2 huge balconies overlooking the front of the property, the road and beach, and also a side pool view. Friendly owner, left good instructions. Apartment basic but had everything you need. Was cleaned to a high standard daily. Excellent taverna (Houmas) across the road serving fabulous food, friendly atmosphere. Small, mainly quiet sandy beach too. Approx 4.5 km to main Paleochora town. Would return!
Cons: Struggling to find anything we didnt really like, but the bed was really hard ( personal preference, I know!). We would recommend earplugs if you don't like to be woken by very loud roosters super early, every morning !! No toaster?

Top views & enjoyable stay
Pros: Super calm area. New renovated apartment. Very clean - trash taken out every day, sheets and towels changed for fresh ones during my stay. Very welcoming and caring host. Breathtaking views on the cost, mountains and rising sun in the morning.
Cons: All was great. The only thing I was surprised was that I did not have the pool next door, it was at the other building which was down at the beach. But I could use it anyway. Finally, staying at the hill apartment with such stunning views turned out to be way better place for me and I really enjoyed it! Thank you.

Super place!
Pros: Second year in a row at Flisvos Rooms, this time with a bigger apartment. As usual, great place to stay full of beautiful people. Super beaches close-by, great restaurants as well. Apartment is super clean and with A/C. The swimming pool is a super plus, particularly when traveling with children. We'll come back.
