Pros: Fantastic location, very clea, comfortable bed with enough pillows, and easy to access. This place is excellent and I will be back.

Exceptionally stylish and welcoming

Pros: The staff and the place were very efficient and welcoming. A wonderful place to stay and also the breakfasts offered were delicious with excellent and friendly customer service. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay in this very well renovated Venetian mansion.

Pros: I liked the hospitality at the facility, and the management was always responsive to my requests. They were so kind to even provide me breakfast in my room since I had early sessions for my conferences. I will strongly recommend.

An elegant hotel and excellent staff, but not ideal for a couple.

Pros: We were very well taken care of by the management, who were responsive and immediately helpful whenever we had questions or needs. The breakfast was delicious. The interior design of the building is modern and elegant, and the room had a big bed and large windows and a little balcony overlooking the charming street. The location is right in the heart of old town Chania, but avoids the crowds around the harbour.

Cons: The room (deluxe double with sea view) is very pretty but rather small, and is better suited for one person, but not really adequate for two people with a moderate amount of luggage and clothing. There was limited space (and hangars) to hang shirts and pants, and that was on an exposed rake rather than a closet or armoir. Only one towel bar in the shower area to hang a bath towel, and so the other towel had to be hung in the bedroom. The sink was in the room, and again, no towel bar for the hand towel. We had to do a lot of improvising!

Lovely place to stay, great location, gorgeous room.

Pros: Fabulous location, beautifully decorated and equipped. Lovely to have a balcony overlooking the pedestrianised old town street too. Spotlessly clean, really lovely.

Pros: A truly lovely stay – beds were very comfortable and overall location was perfect, on a picturesque and quieter street. The hospitality was excellent and staff were exceptionally kind. Breakfast at Kalderini each morning was a true highlight: very high quality food and authentic. The experience was relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. Would be delighted to return and highly recommend to others!

Pros: I really liked the view from the balcony and the room's decor. The staff was also very friendly!

Cons: Unfortunately, my room was on the first floor, right next to the stairs, so you could clearly hear the footsteps of other guests, especially as they reached the top. Since the room is directly in front of the stairwell and the balcony faces a street with cafés and other activity, it might not be ideal if you're sensitive to noise. The sink was clogged and the coffee cups were dirty, but the staff was very friendly and quickly resolved these minor issues.
