Spent a beautiful weekend in the West of Crete and Morpheas Rooms

Pros: The room was very modern and clean. Even though I visited in the winter season the air conditioning could be used for heating. The water pressure and temperature were wonderful which needs to be mentioned since this is not always the case in Crete. I will definitely come back in spring or summer. Charis is a very nice and welcoming host. I was able to bring my small dog which most places do not allow. I can definitely recommend Charis and his place.

Cons: The only thing that needs to be checked is the WiFi. It kept dropping, so I had to reconnect several times.

Pros: We had an amazing 3 nights stay and we were very sad to leave. Our host was very friendly and considerate. The room is super clean. But the view... Wow it's amazing. And the beach is just opposite the road so it's perfect for a swim! Also there's lot of hikes around.

Cons: If you come for the wifi, then it sometimes disconnects, but it's just to remind you to stop being on your phone and go to the beach!

Pros: Big, clean, close to the beach, very nice host. Exceptional room experience in Greece.

Cons: A very personal thing: I don’t like to use the air con because of headaches, the apartment unfortunately didn’t have a fan. Other than that, the room was exceptional!

Pros: There was nothing not to like. Was perfect location for us, about 50 minute walk from Paleohora,10 mins in taxi (8 euros). Charis was an exceptional host,very friendly and welcoming. Couple of tavernas and bars close by but as we were only staying for one night, it didn't matter

Daydreaming with Morpheus

Pros: The palm trees :) Everything was wonderful despite being there during the off-season. The location is charming and enables hiking trips in the vicinity. If you plan to hike to Elafonisi as we did -be warned, the coastline track is magnificent but requires advanced pathfinding skills!

Cons: The house is right on the road where surprisingly busy traffic of cars, motorbikes and trucks loaded with fruits and vegetables production from the nearby greenhouse fields can occur. Therefore be extremely careful when crossing the road or have children around.
