Place is better thàn expected, calm, comfortable, and would happily return
Pros: Spacious rooms, well maintained, clean, lovely pool, good welcome note, lots of little things like a good number of good quality clothes hangers, good security, easy to operate gates, place set in own grounds, great view, good parking space and room to manouver, good lighting inside and out, especially if you wanted to sit out on the patio in the evenings. (owner polite, unobtrusive, and more than helpful when we had a paperwork problem.)
Cons: Suggestion, label light switches for outside

Very relaxing and peaceful.
Pros: The house was simple but very well equipped. Showers were good always hot water available. Air conditioning was also good. Wi-Fi was fairly good. The pool and terrace were lovely, very peaceful and relaxing. Stefanos was very discreet and unobtrusive, he cleaned the pool/emptied the outdoor bins before we were even up but was easily contactable and extremely helpful with any needs or questions we had.
Cons: The property is really peaceful with lovely views, due to its location at the top of a small hill. About a 10 minute walk from the main road. However the last part of the walk up the hill was pretty steep and as luck would have it my back decided to start giving pretty bad sciatica symptoms so it wouldn’t be ideal for anyone with back or walking difficulties. This is a new thing for me so any other time it wouldn’t have been a problem. Stefanos probably had no idea how much we appreciated the bottled water he left outside the door for us (something pretty heavy which meant less for us to carry from the supermarket about 10-15mins away) Also the neighbors dogs were a bit noisy which didn’t really bother us as dog owners and there is a very confused cockerel in the area which we heard at all times of day, again it didn’t bother us too much and we couldn’t blame the property itself for any of the above but thought it was worth mentioning.

A great value villa.
Pros: Very well appointed. Good conditioning and quiet. Internet good in all areas of the villa and garden and fast enough to stream movies. Villa very clean and pool and gardens kept clean during staff. Regular towel change service. Instant hot water and showers very powerful. Villa had electric security gate at the entrance which gives a good feeling of safety. Had an issue at 4.30 in the morning and the owner arrived within 15 minutes to resolve, great service.
Cons: Some of the neighbours dogs can be a bit noisy at times, but nothing to do with villa really. The villa is not where the map says it is on the booking website. Use google maps to find the actual location. Not a massive issues just slightly further from the Maleme shops than it looks, but still within a 15 minute walk.

Tout était parfait
Pros: La maison est top. Calme, confort et charme, dans un magnifique jardin, avec une belle vue sur la mer.. Stephanos est très accueillant et comprend le français. Le village, la plage et les restaurants à 15 mn à pied. Super!

Mahtava huvilakokemus Malemessa.
Pros: Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa oma WC/suihku. Joka huoneessa oma ilmalämpöpumppu, ja ne kaikki toimivat. Mahtava uima-allas. Loistavat näkymät kylän yli merelle. Rauhallinen sijainti ja yksityinen piha. Kaikki toimi hienosti. Joustavat tulo -ja lähtöajat.
Cons: Lattia natisi joka huoneessa.
