Kouros Chania Villas

Beautiful apartment great location and excellent value.

Pros: Amazing apartment. The photos didn't do it justice. Spiros the host was great. Responded very quickly to any queries. Great quiet location..

We had a very nice stay.

Pros: It had a lot of space. The terrace view was magnificent. The balcony as well. It had a small swimming pool for the kids.

Cons: It needs some curtains in the bathtubs because the water goes everywhere.

Pros: The villa we stayed in was well equipped, comfortable and overall we enjoyed the time we spent there. It was not far from the Chania airport which we liked after our late night flight. The villa is close to some nice pebble and sandy beaches of Maleme and Tavronitis with plenty of space for families with kids.

Cons: Description of the property could be more accurate. There are two similar villas at the same property site sharing the internal territory and each having its pool and small kids playground area. This is not written in the description clearly and we missed this fact. Might be important for those looking for privacy, quietness and some personal space around the house. There are also some separate living facilities arranged in the basement of each villa, and we saw some lights on at night and stranger people entering/exiting those passing by and not saying anything. This was not mentioned in the description either, nor told to us in advance. The private parking is for two cars, so availability would likely depend on the number of cars in use by the guests of both villas.

Perfect family stay

Pros: Location, walk to restaurants and supermarket. Great rooms,view.

Cons: Hard bed.

Location is close to services in a village but also workable if you want to make roundtrip by your rental car.

Pros: Plenty room for big group of people. Host Was easy to be reached if any issues or questions during the stay

Excellent facilities, spacious, clean with the best host you could wish for at a reasonable price.

Pros: Spiros greeted us at the villa. He was warm, incredibly hospitable, welcoming and always responded to messages via booking.com promptly. He showed us around the villa explaining things that would make our stay more comfortable - inside the villa, in the grounds of the villa and in the surrouding area. He even left us with some provisions to get us started. That was very welcome. Would we stay there again... absolutely. Thank you Spiros and Spiros senior.

Cons: There was nothing, not to like. The villa was spacious, clean and more than met our needs at a competitive price.

Pros: Great and helpful owner. House equipped with everything what You need on holiday. Bicycles available all the time. Great place!

Cons: Somebody should take care of Bicycles :-)

Quiet retreat for a relaxing holiday

Pros: Great location. Quiet area close to beach and amenities. Fresh towels and bedding every few days of our stay and a clean of the villa. Very well equipped with everything you needed. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. Our favourite spot was sitting on the roof terrace and looking out over the countryside and sea. If you are staying with young children there was ample toys and games for them. Also even a pram was provided. There were push bikes although we didn’t use them as we had a car. The pool was cleaned every morning of flying insects. The pool was more of a dipping pool as only small but perfect for cooling off at the end of the day. We would definitely stay again.

Cons: I would be nit picking if I said there was something we didn’t like. It really was perfect for us in every way
