A home away from home

Pros: Cocoon villas was the highlight of our recent trip to Crete. Our villa was spacious, brand new and well equipped with all amenities required for our stay. We didn’t use the pool, but we did the heated jacuzzi, and it was amazing. Last but not least to highlight the friendliness of Dimitris the owner and his wife, who gave us great tips on what to do and where to eat during our time there. Cannot recommend enough this place.

Brilliant villa in Maleme

Pros: We were greeted warmly by our hosts Dimitris and Marika, who gave us a welcome pack of tea, sugar, coffee and a bottle of wine. The villa is exactly as shown in the pictures and a lovely place to stay- modern, comfortable and clean. Dimitris is a great host, who gives good tips about restaurants in the area and responds quickly to any issues (he lives nearby). Thanks again, Dimitris, for letting us stay after check out time on our last day- that was so kind and much appreciated. Until next time...

We had an excellent holiday and thoroughly enjoyed staying at the villa.

Pros: We were met by Dimitris and Maria upon arrival who showed us around the property and answered any questions we had. We exchanged phone numbers and was advised we could call 24/7 if there were any problems or wanted any info on Crete.

Cons: There were no negatives to report.

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa(quella con la piscina di fonte al soggiorno) 16 giorni e confermo che la villa ha tutto il necessario per passare una fantastica vacanza. Cucina completa di tutto il necessario, letti comodi, condizionatori, fantastica piscina e un grande giardino. Dimitris e Maria sono disponibilissimi ad ogni tipo di richiesta. Consiglio la villa ad una coppia o ad una famiglia con bambini, in quanto non essendoci porte nelle camere ed un solo bagno, che per andarci bisogna passare dentro la camera di sotto, non fornisce la giusta privacy a due coppie

Cons: Più che fattori negativi sono consigli di miglioramento, le tende a rullo e il portone di ingresso di vetro satinato(senza tenda), fanno entrare troppa luce già all'alba. La luce blu della piscina è un ottimo effetto scenografico la notte, ma la mattina fa trovare nella piscina una miriade di insetti morti annegati. La jacuzzi aveva un lembo rotto e le bolle uscivano molto in quel punto, facendo perdere potenza di bolle in tutti gli altri punti.

Relax nelka natura a due passi dal mare

Pros: Casa accogliente e con tutto il necessario. Situata in una posizione tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina a tutti i servizi e alla spiaggia. Host gentile e disponibile, ci ha aiutato con un problema all'auto e ci ha invitato ad una festa di paese dove ci siamo proprio divertiti. Il giardino con piscina e idromassaggio è un posto perfetto per rilassarsi.

Fantastische en zeker nog een keer terug

Pros: Locatie in de natuur aan de rand van een slaperig dorp gelegen. Supermarkt op loopafstand. Heerlijk zwembad en fijne privé ligweide met goede bedjes.

Cons: Er viel echt niets tegen! Alleen wel een opmerking over mogelijke geluidshinder van een snelweg die niet al te ver van de bungalows ligt.

Pros: Aardig ontvangst en hulp van eigenaar Dimitris! Lekker van alles voorzien

Great place to be and to relax

Pros: Die Unterkunft war wie abgebildet. Perfekt für kleine Familien mit bis zu 2 Kindern. Alle nötigen Utensilien waren vorhanden und es war sehr sauber. Der Pool und Whirpool ist klasse. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Nähe zum Supermarkt und der Bushaltestelle. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Danke!

Cons: Das Meer ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Allerdings ist es ein Kiesstrand und nur bedingt zum Baden geeignet. Ansonsten sind jedoch gute Sandstrände mit dem Auto leicht erreichbar.

Pros: Die Bilder der Unterkunft spiegeln genau das wieder, was wir vor Ort erlebt haben.Die Gastgeber waren von Beginn an unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen wieder!

Pros: L’accueil des hôtes qui était juste exceptionnel, sont là pour vous aider pour n’importe quel service. Cet endroit est d’un calme qui nous permet de passer des nuits douces. La villa est juste parfaite et est équipée de tout ce qu’on utilise en général. La piscine et le jacuzzi vous permettent de passer de belles journées.
