Iason Villas – Chania

Pros: The Villa is beautiful and in a great location, however a car is most definitely required. It's massive with plenty of rooms and a fabulous pool and outside area. The bedrooms are extremely large with ensuites and very comfortable. My only slight negative is that the kitchen requires a few more items of crockery and cooking utensils. We were a group of 4 and it was fine but if 8 people stayed crockery might be an issue. Katerina, who looked after us, was absolutely brilliant. I have no hesitation in recommending this Villa and will most definitely be back in the not too distant future. Thank you all for a brilliant stay. 🥰

Fab place for large family or large group

Pros: Amazing villa!! Quirky and so well set out. Kids loved the pool and it's a good size. Amenities were great also. Hosts were friendly and very helpful could not fault them at all. Short walk to beach and lots of local shops and places to eat. We had a car which made it easier to explore the area around and do a couple of trips, its just off the main road so easy access.

Cons: Nothing bad to say - Everything was good!

Truly outstanding luxury property in ideal location

Pros: This is truly a gem of a property. Superbly located, with privacy and accessibility. Honestly we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Cons: Absolutely nothing. Having to leave was devastating!

The complex of villas were lovely. We stayed in the smallest villa, just the right size for us 6.

Pros: The location was great, quiet, yet close enough to all facilities, be that beach, restaurants or supermarkets and the size of the property was just right.

Cons: The sofa's at the property were a little out dated, so when you sat on them, they sank a little too much.

Pros: This villa is something. The host was very responsive and tried to accommodate our requests. They even set up a volleyball net in the garden for us and allowed a late check-out. The amenities in the villa are perfect. Everything just worked out well during our stay. The host even baked us a lovely cake!

Cons: Perhaps there could be more decors in the villa. Some parts of the house felt a bit too 'spacious'. The gym equipment was broken and there could have been more weights.

Beautiful spacious villa with great facilities and an awesome hostess.

Pros: The private pool was awesome and the villa was very nice and spacious. Felt like home away from home.

Cons: If you don’t have a car the location might be tricky but luckily we did so it was fine.

Villa Iason exceeded our expectations 10/10

Pros: This was easily one of the best stays we had. The villa is spacious and clean, has plenty of amenities, and aircon in every room. The place was easy to reach by car, and everything was ready for our arrival. We found a lovely welcome basket when we arrived, and got a cake baked for us during our stay <3. We had great communication with the hosts who were always available ( shoutout to Katerina who is the best!). They came to clean every 2/3 days which we appreciated, and the pool was always super clean too. We had a car so we went to different parts of the island every day and the location was very good for each day trip. I'd recommend getting a car to enjoy your stay even more, however, you can also reach the beach, shops, bus stop, and restaurants on foot.

Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like during our stay. If we want to split hairs then the beds and sofas might be a bit too soft but it didn't bother us.

Lovely roomy villa in a peaceful spot and wonderful pool and garden

Pros: Very spacious, with bathroom for every bedroom . Easy and frequent bus service into Chania , with bus stop about 100 metres from villa . Pool and shady tree absolutely perfect . Big tables outside and inside, although ate out every meal . Again nicely shaded area Air con very efficient .Large fridge freezer

Cons: Could maybe have done with more large plates ,as sometimes more needed when dishwasher in action. Also more mugs as we use those more than tea cups Linen change/ bin emptying rather odd! Arrived Tuesday pm , linen and towels changed + bins emptied on Thursday Then bins emptied + new towels on Monday ie day before leaving. Were bins just outside gate so were able to get rid of rubbish ourselves once I had texted the housekeeper

Pros: The villa was just the right base for a week's holiday. Excellent private pool, large and clean bedrooms. The kitchen had everything you needed. Bus stop, small market and a few tavernas nearby. We had a great time in this wonderful house.

Pros: The villa is outstanding in every way - certainly what we (a party of 11) had hoped for and more. Everything was spotlessly clean, and in great condition, the pool was nothing short of fabulous, and all communications were excellent and helpful. We would thoroughly recommend the villa to anyone who wants to gather friends and/or family together for a wonderful and relaxing holiday. Thank you so much!
