Stunning seaview in a perfect modern house

Pros: Great location with all necessary shops, restaurants, bars, connections nearby. Just 20min away by car from Chania. The seaview is stunning!!! The swimmingpool and garden and perfect too, and eating outside with 360 degrees sunny view. We enjoyed everything about this house and our stay.

A Perfect Retreat

Pros: Absolutely amazing! We discovered exactly what we were looking for—a peaceful and serene villa where we could relax, away from the hustle and bustle yet still within easy reach of shops and restaurants. The location is unbeatable, perched on a hillside with stunning sea views. The town center is just a 10-minute walk away; while the uphill walk might be challenging for some, it wasn’t an issue for us. There’s a small supermarket just 5 minutes away, though it’s not very well stocked. The villa was immaculate, in excellent condition, with everything functioning perfectly and cleanliness at the highest standard. The pool exceeded our expectations in size, and the garden was beautifully maintained. We didn’t hear a sound from our neighbors, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property, although I’d love to keep it a secret just for ourselves!

Pros: It is a fantastic property, I would highly recommend it! The location is amazing and even though it is a short walk from the main road of Agia Marina, it is still tranquil and offers a panoramic view of Chania Gulf. Definitely, one of the best stays we have ever had in Chania area.

Pros: Moderne Villa in ruhiger Lage - Keine Ahnung, wie das möglich ist, aber man hört weder die Schnellstraße noch die Touri-Meile. Vielen Dank auch für die nette Betreuung!

Traumhafte Villa, traumhafte Aussicht, liebevolle Verwaltung.

Pros: Diese Villa bietet einen unglaublichen Ausblick! Die Lage ist perfekt zum Entspannen, man ist aber auch schnell genug im Geschehen. Wer feiern möchte, findet verschiedene Möglichkeiten oder wer entspannt was essen möchte, hat ebenso sehr leckere Restaurants in der Nähe. Ganz besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei der lieben Hausverwaltung diese hat sich jeglichen Wünschen angenommen und sich immer mal wieder informiert, ob alles Inordnung ist!

Cons: An sich war alles TOP. Nur Kleinigkeiten, die man verändern könnte. Es müsste was gegen die Ameisen auf der Terrasse getan werden und wir fanden die Betten was zu hart, aber dieser Punkt ist klare Geschmackssache!

Wann geht der nächste Flieger nach Kreta?

Pros: Absolut PERFEKT in jeder Hinsicht. Wir sind verliebt in diesen wunderschönen Rückzugsort mit Blick aufs Meer. Von der ersten Sekunde an haben wir uns so willkommen und heimisch gefühlt. Die Einrichtung (innen und außen) ist absolut toll und hochwertig und mit Liebe zum Detail. An wirklich alles wurde gedacht. Der Blick von der Terrasse oder dem großen Balkon in den zauberhaften Garten mit dem eigenen Pool und aufs Meer und das in absolut friedlicher Ruhe trotz fußläufig erreichbarer und sehr lebhafter Ortschaft. Wir bedanken uns von Herzen für die Gastfreundschaft, den Wein und diese unvergessliche Zeit. Wir wünschen uns sehr, so bald wie möglich wieder Gäste der Iskios Villas zu sein.
