Villa Katerina

Really lovely property in a great location

Pros: Location is excellent. Great shops and restaurants within 2 minute walk. Fantastic outdoor grill! Great pool.

Cons: Pillows were a bit lumpy but Katerina supplied more for us at very short notice. It can also be time consuming waiting for the bus to Chania.

Absolutely perfectly placed and stunning villa.

Pros: The villa was perfectly located, close to the beach, shops and restaurants (literally a 2-3 minute walk). There is an incline to the villa but it’s only for approx 50 metres. There was everything you could possibly need in the villa and it was very aesthetically pleasing and clean. The pool was enough for our needs. It would be too deep for young children though (approx 4ft 10 deep both ends). The pool man came twice during our week. The view was spectacular and we spent hours just relaxing and admiring it. Katerina was very attentive via what’s app, checking in from time to time and had fresh towels delivered to us during the week. There was a welcome basket with treats and water when we arrived which was a welcomed touch. We could hear music from the main roads restaurants but it wasn’t too loud and was quiet by about 10.30-11pm. Overall a lovely villa, which will tick all the boxes (and I’ve been to quite a few). This is one we will be returning to 😍

Cons: It’s always the same complaint from me. Lumpy pillows. But that’s me digging deep to find something I would change.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Villa Katerina in Agia Marina! The pool was perfect for the kids, and the rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The owners were absolutely wonderful to deal with and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend for a relaxing family holiday.

Cons: The pool needs a clean around the exposed tiles , and garden a little scruffy . Flowers are beautiful though

Fantastic Villa if you want a chilled week with your family

Pros: We are frequent travellers but this was our first villa holiday - we wanted some R&R with our adult children. This villa met all our needs - spacious, good facilities, lovely outdoor areas and fantastic location. Katerina was an excellent host, very accommodating prior to our arrival - she arranged our Airport transfer (thank you Polly for meeting us) - and the checked in throughout our stay. Thank you, we intend to return.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike

Wonderful place!!

Pros: This was by far our best vacation. The house is wonderful, even nicer than in the pictures. The hosts are very welcoming and took care of our comfort in every way. We definitely recommend and will definitely return there.

A perfectly relaxing holiday in a stunning villa.

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this accommodation! Katerina was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The villa was beautiful and perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location was excellent, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area.

Pros: Well equipt Villa with heart warming hosts. Loved the pool and the outdoor areas! Location was great and there is amazing view to the sea.
