Rika's Sea View Apartment

Entspannt, sauber und schön

Pros: Rika welcomed us with such warmth and immediately made us feel at home. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was always available for any questions or wishes we had. The apartment is perfectly equipped with every detail thought of. I have traveled a lot, but never before has a host taken such genuine care of me. The way Rika looks after her guests is truly exceptional and absolutely not something to be taken for granted. As a sidenote: my mom is extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness and usually checks everything before using it – but at Rika’s place she didn’t have to do that even once. That’s how spotless and comfortable everything was. We truly couldn’t have asked for a more caring, attentive, and thoughtful host – she made our stay unforgettable. <3

Cons: Nothing!

Such a great stay in such a great location. The apartment was so well located on the beach next to bars and restaurants.

Pros: Lots of space. 2 good bedrooms. Good shower and washing machine. Everything provided especially in the kitchen. Plus lots of snacks and food left for us. Amazing

Amazing place in perefect location.

Pros: We were met by the nicest host that throughout our stay was extremely friendly and helpful. The house was full of snacks when we arrived, super clean and with great AC. We loved the apartment and the perfect location in Nea Chora. Hope to go back soon!

Pros: This was best equiped appartement we have ever visited. Fantastic owner Rica, welcomwd our family with number of gifts, cookies vine, water, fruits and cool berer. All was new, fragrant, renovated, justt perfect

Pros: This is a very comfortable appartment near the beach. There is all of need to live. The owner of this apartment is very hospitable and friendly. When she found out that my child was sick, she helped me. Thank you so much!

Cons: The system of garbage segregation was not entirely clear.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the Rika's apartment. The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable for an extended stay. It has everything you need and the beach is just two steps away. There is a car rental service downstairs. Rika is a super nice and helpful host, she welcomed us, showed us everything important and was very responsive. We decided to extend our stay by a few days. Rika also left some food and drinks in the refrigerator, it was a very nice touch. Thank you again Rika, we would definitely like to come back again :)

Perfect ❤️

Pros: Rikas apartment was beautiful, with a high quality finish, fabulous views, and great location. The beach is in front of the apartment, plenty of shops, restaurants and bars close by and a leisurely 15-minute walk to the old town. Rika was a great host, responsive, friendly, and thought of everything. She left lots of lovely treats, including wine, water, cakes, and nibbles for us to enjoy. We also appreciated the late check out and flexibility. The view from the balcony is amazing, Perfect to have drinks and watch the sea. If you are thinking of booking this apartment, do it! You won't be disappointed. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Chania. Thank you, Rika, for your hospitality.

Pros: This was our second stay at Rika´s, last year we stayed at the Seaside Apartment, this year we stayed at the Seaview Aparment. Everything was perfect, spotless and comfy with a perfect location. Rika herself is a gracious and welcoming hostess, quick to respond to inquiries, as well as helpful. We'll definitely stay there again.
