Simply the perfect base for an unforgettable stay in Chania.
Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Giannis is an exceptional host – attentive, kind, and always ready to help with great local tips. He really went above and beyond to make our holiday special. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished with everything you might need. The balconies offer stunning views of both the sea and the mountains, and the location is ideal – close to the Old Town, beach, shops, and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet. Parking is also a great bonus. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay here again.

A brilliant week in Chania.
Pros: Giannis was the best host possible. Making sure everything was perfect and when there was an unexpected issue completely out of his control he was amazing at sorting it all out. The apartment exceeded all my expectations. Which all added up to a brilliant holiday.
Cons: Nothing at all.

Nice place!
Pros: A friendly and trustworthy host. We received great tips and felt very well taken care of. The apartment had absolutely everything one could need in any situation. Examples include even the smallest details such as laundry detergent, toilet paper, napkins, salt, and pepper.

It was a privelege to stay here
Pros: Spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed, 4th floor, light filled, lift served apartment with 2 terraces, one of which had a lovely sea view, was very comfortably furnished and had a full width retractable awning. Brilliantly efficient air con. Premium appliances (Miele / Liebherr) including a washing machine, Illy coffee machine and Netflix . Giannis ,the host, was the best communicator we have ever experienced, very thoughtful , generous and kind. He arranged our flawless transport to and from the airport. Superb location - 50metres from a wonderful clean beach and very close to several excellent restaurants and supermarkets. A fantastic local bakery was less than 100m away.

Pros: Excellent apartment with sea view from a large terrace. The description of the apartment matches with the reality. Large living room with 2 sofa (one is sofa-bed for 2 persons). very useful large closet in the bedroom. There is a private parking space. The apartment is on the beach and 15/20 minutes walking to the old town. Giannis is extremely helpful, kind and ready to accomodate every requests. he really cares about his guests. The Nea Cora beach is nice and there is the possibility to get sunbeds/umbrella for 15 euro.

Very Beautiful apartment
Pros: The apartment is modern, very clean and equipped with every comfort: kitchen complete with every accessory, coffee machine, blender etc., washing machine, iron, hairdryer and much more. It has private parking, very important because the apartment is practically on the sea in an area full of restaurants, shops and services. Furthermore, the large balcony overlooking the sea is perfect for outdoor dining. It is very close to the historic center and the Venetian port which can be easily reached on foot in 10 minutes. The owner Giannis is an extremely helpful and very organized person. He responds with kindness at any time, never making you feel alone. The photos on booking are real, in fact it is much more beautiful in person. We had a fantastic week. I highly recommend this apartment!

Amazing apartment!
Pros: Absolutely wonderful apartment, very modern, very clean and nicely decorated. Very spacious, much bigger than we expected! Excellent location right by the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants, only 10 mins from the stunning old town. Would highly recommend. Giannis was a wonderful host, extremely helpful from start to finish. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Pros: Eine schöne geräumige Wohnung mit einer super Terrasse/Balkon. Auf diesen können locker 8 Personen sitzen.
Cons: Baustelle im Blickfeld, welche wahrscheinlich 2026 nicht mehr präsent ist.
