Super regarding most but the angry man downstairs is a minus

Pros: We liked almost everything. The location is very good, close to the beach. The contact with the host was very positive. The apartment is very well equipped, it is clean and spacious. I would give it a 10 if it had not been for a man downstairs who was rather unfriendly and occasionally angry with us (see below)

Cons: When we used the terrace; having a cup of coffee, small-talking in the afternoon; evidently we were right above his bedroom and he wanted to have siesta. The terrace is a big plus (sun from 9 to 14 in november) but if it cannot be used it looses its value (and it should be informed on).
