Kiani Beach Resort Family All Inclusive

Pros: We were lucky enough to be given a free upgrade on arrival, which I suppose is the benefit of traveling at off-peak times. The staff were lovely and all very friendly. The food was decent - there was enough variety that we didn't feel like we were always eating the same things, with enough regular favourites (pizza in Restaurant 3, for example) that there was stability so we knew there would always be something for the kids, so it was a good balance. We particularly loved freshly fried loukoumades for breakfast every day. Loved that the beach was right on our doorstep, with a very pleasant walk up towards Kiani Akti, and easy to get places if you have a hired car.

Cons: I think the entertainment in the evenings could have been better, but it wasn't something we were really relying on, and other guests seemed to enjoy it so I think it was just not to our tastes. Otherwise, it's hard to think of anything to dislike.

Good all inclusive

Pros: Everything was nice, it was the last week of the season so it was nice and quiet, but still all the food and entertainment was there. Water in the outdoor pools was a bit too cold but the inner pool is great. Really helpful and friendly staff in all departments!

Cons: Nothing in particular, we enjoyed everything.

Pros: Staff were fantastic . Good standard of cleanliness. Great cocktails at the beach bar and very good service from Bijay and Arpan. Good value for money. We were blessed with great weather end October.

Pros: The hotel met and even exceeded our expectations. The location is pretty good, but we rented a car and I don't quite see how we would get around there without one. Meals were good, but I would advise to try out local restaurants too. The staff was cheerful and friendly. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would happily stay there again.

Great place for families!

Pros: Great hotel when staying with kids. Friendly staff. Kids loved jumping castles and crepes that we made in KPR1 pool bar. Many activities everyday. Nice shows, especially amazing acrobat show! Three buffet restaurants with a lot to choose from. Resort is right next to the sea. Better beach is just maybe 400 meters away. Good swimming pools. Always sunbeds available. Outside pools were a bit cold at the end of October, so we also swam in inside pools. We preferred KBR3 inside pool. I recommend to load an Exclusivi app. There you can see all activities and possible changes.

Cons: Maybe not a five star hotel for adults, but we would be happy to go again.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Kiani Beach Resort Family All Inclusive! The food was delicious with plenty of variety, the staff were all incredibly friendly, and the facilities were excellent — everything was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. It’s also a wonderful place for kids — the staff really go above and beyond to make sure all the little ones are happy, safe, and well treated. Our children had the best time! A special shoutout to Bijay, Arpan, and Praveen from the beach bar — they were absolutely amazing, always smiling and making the best drinks and pancakes! Also, huge thanks to the wonderful team at the pool wing restaurant — every single one of them was super nice and made us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a great all-inclusive experience in Crete. 🌞🍹

A lovely resort with excellent food and drink - I would go again and then again, again!

Pros: Excellent food and Drinks. The whole site was clean and well kept. The staff were always attentive.

Cons: Many sunbeds were reserved and not being used. We always found somewhere to sit but quite often in not very good places. There was often a large que in the evenings for drinks at the bar as most people are ordering cocktails.

Just got back from a really great stay!

Pros: We loved the rooms, we had a private pool room which is worth its weight in gold if you like your own space. The food was good and hot every meal, lunch was our favourite though! We will definitely be coming back next year but for a longer duration of time as we were extremely sad to be going home.

Cons: My only complaint was the self service beer, especially as some of the beer taps only worked and sometimes they didn’t which made it difficult as you’d just end up with a glass of froth. It’s nice to get served drinks as in theory that should be covered in the price with an all inclusive hotel.

Amazing experience.

Pros: We loved everything, from the hotel facilities, food, staff to the entertainment, everything was top-notch. The lady called Crisis from wing 2 restaurant definitely stood out from the crowd with her professionalism, friendliness and service, she has been fantastic with my little boy. We will definitely come back again.

Cons: There were a lot of ants in the room but I guess this is due to the climate.
