As good as any a place to stay in transit - didn't use any of the other facilities

Pros: Booking in and out was handled well given the fact I got back from Antikythera at half-past midnight. Key available and directions as promised. Bed again extremely comfortable.

Cons: The breakfast hot buffet was a little on the stingy side - not sure whether some bacon could have been produced on demand. Otherwise the rest of breakfast was excellent. The place appeared understaffed, however - the breakfast manager was doubling up as receptionist, although as before he was helpful and chatty.

Pros: If you’re looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay, this is a great choice. The staff are exceptionally friendly and kind, which makes you feel right at home. Breakfast is simple but tasty – a nice way to start the day. The facilities are also simple, but everything is kept very clean with daily housekeeping. Overall, it’s a comfortable and pleasant stay that’s definitely worth recommending. :)

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and cleaned every day. Breakfasts were delicious. My son enjoyed the pool very much.

Cons: Of the shortcomings - the air conditioner did not work very well, and there was a little noise from the road (our windows overlooked the roadway).

Pros: Kiddies pool was great for our little ones. Good pool Comfy beds

Cons: They were understaffed at the hotel so getting any information about things like busses to and from Chania was impossible as they didn’t have the time to find anything out for us.

not much to say. I needed it because I couldn't get from Chania in time.

Pros: The receptionist was great at getting me a taxi to the port in the morning. Unfortunately my sailing was so early (8:30) I couldn't stay for breakfast although it looked good enough setting up and I sneaked some water and juice

Cons: Nothing really, other than the final five steps to the room!
