Galini Beach Hotel

Pros: Great location and view, the staff are so helpful and nice. The hotel is very clean. Good breakfast. will definitely recommend it 👌

Cons: The only thing to improve is the hot water and the weak water flow

Nice hotel on the edge of town.

Pros: Clean, comfortable room, large bathroom and shower and nice sea view balcony. Great buffet breakfast with a large selection of hot and cold options, breads, cereals, coffee etc. Pleasant and helpful staff. Room was cleaned every day, towels and sheets were changed once during our 4 night stay. The hotel is situated in a quiet area on the edge of town, (a 10-15 minute walk depending on which route we took) great for us, but not for those with mobility problems.

Cons: The breakfast was plentiful, but the hot selection was only warm and sometimes cold. Although not the fault of the hotel, the beach was not particularly attractive.

A great place to stay, perfectly located for exploring the island’s most beautiful beaches.

Pros: Great hospitality, a well-equipped and beautifully furnished apartment, and very kind staff. Perfect position to visit the most stunning beaches in Crete!

Exceeding expectations!

Pros: We were so surprised by this small family owned hotel. The breakfast here was better than the breakfast we had at 5 star all inclusive. Ingredients were of very high quality, and although there was less variety everything was so delicious. Our room was cleaned with so much care every day, we truly felt taken care of, and on vacation. Having breakfast right next to the sea was amazing. Quiet, delicious, great value for the price, super clean, romantic.

Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly and gave us a thorough introduction to the room. The room itself was a good size, and the hotel’s location right next to the beach ,beautiful view.

Friendly, clean, relaxing

Pros: Staff is very friendly. Room was quite spacious with high ceilings. There was a stove very handy to make a coffee in a djezve. The room cleaning is perfect. The view from our particular room was to the sea, mountains and the city stadium where you can see football teams are training every evening. Hotel stays just near the sea. Having tasty breakfast seating in 20 meters from the sea line is fantastic. The beach is huge and nice but with a few people on it. Just hotel residents are here. Sea water was clean and warm. There are many restaurants in 10 minutes walking with a delicious food. Kissamos center also is close. You can walk down the streets, visit museum. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Balos and Gramvuosa and spend one day hiking in Samaria gorge.

Cons: If it is windy then the sea is wawy. It is good to swim in wawes but if the wawes are too big then there you have to move from Kissamos to other beaches, e.g. Falasarna or Elefonisi. They are quite reachable buy bus and by car for sure.

Excellent in all areas.

Pros: We were given a larger room than expected so had lots of space. The girl on reception was very welcoming & showed us to our room. The breakfast is a buffet and was incredibly good. The outside area used at breakfast was great, the tables were spaced well and we were able to eat our breakfast in peace while looking at the sea. We love the fact that this hotel is still owned by the same family who are dedicated to ensuring you have a good stay whether for one night or longer.

Cons: Everything was good.

Happiness, Sun, Beach, and Waffles

Pros: An excellent surprise and the best accommodation of our 33-day trip through Europe. The spacious room, with a balcony and ocean view, allowed for moments of reflection during the day and rest at night to the sound of the waves. Breakfast just steps from the sand and overlooking the ocean. Spectacular breakfast menu, with homemade cakes made by the owner's family, and the best waffle we've ever had, with excellent homemade orange syrup to accompany. All the staff were spectacular throughout our stay, which certainly made our stay even more unforgettable. The hotel provided accommodations before the scheduled check-in time, and while we waited, we were treated to a refreshing coffee and a delicious piece of cake. We are grateful for all the attention and care that went into our stay, making this hotel unforgettable – Giorgos, Gorgios2 Vlada, Manolis, Antonella, and the entire staff.

Cons: Unfortunately, we have to leave : (

Family environment I recommend it mainly by car

Pros: The room size is comfortable and the view of the sea is simply perfect. Large balcony and belongs to the rooms. The accommodation atmosphere was really family-like. The bus stop and shop are about 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Cons: The breakfast is more Italian style, with sweets dominating. Of course, there are a few basic solty breakfasts, eggs, toast, ham, scrambled eggs.
