Pros: We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel during our honeymoon, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect The room was not only spacious and luxurious, but also spotlessly clean and beautifully prepared, making it the ideal setting for such a special occasion. A heartfelt thank you to Eleni and Daniela, whose kindness, warmth, and genuine attentiveness made us feel so cared for throughout our stay. Their professionalism, combined with their personal touch, added a sense of intimacy and joy that made our honeymoon all the more magical. This hotel will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Pros: The staff where amazing and would bend over backwards to do anything for you. We booked for one night and decided to stay for another 😍 The hotel is lush not one thing I could say bad about it, nice pool comfy sun loungers and the rooms are fully equipped, stylish comfy and spacious 😊

Pros: Everything! Comfortable, spacious, quiet and super clean and with the happiest staff I have ever experienced. Excellent breakfast, gorgeous pool. Easy walk to the village and beach. Huge balconies with stunning water views at the front and back! We had just walked out of a truly horrifying hotel nearby and checked into Sapphire Blue and the two properties were incomparable despite having the same price point. We knew immediate that we had won the hotel lottery!

Wonderful!

Pros: It was perfect! We were 2 adults and 2 children 11 and 12 years old. The apartment was so big and there was everything you need. Two big balcony’s and so much space. Ocean view. Close to the sea and restaurants. Wonderful pool. Great staff. Thanks!

High standard apartment accomodation - great for families

Pros: Central location in Kissamos. We used the hotel as a overnight stay on the way from Elafonisi to Chania airport. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room ( a 2 bed apartment) was very big with two terraces - perfect for our group of two adults and two children (13 and 10) - we commented that we could have easily stayed there for a week! The only thing it lacked was a dish washer which wasn't a problem for one night. Despite it being low season the pool was clean and we did take advantage of it and the free pool towels provided.

Cons: Parking was on street parking outside the hotel or in the surrounding residential streets. In high season I imagine this could get quite busy/ difficult to park. There was some building work going on adjacent to the hotel (looked like construction of a new block), it wasn't too noisy though.

Amazing hotel, cleanliness, and service

Pros: It's an amazing hotel. Perfectly clean with all you can need. Like home from home. In a fantastic location, it is easy to walk to the beach and tavernas. A very warm welcome and lovely all-around..

Amazing accommodation in Kissamos

Pros: The apartment was big and comfy for our needs, house cleaning was amazing and performed everyday to the highest standard. We had all the amenities for a pleasant stay ( cutlery, plates, paper towels etc). A surprise was also the view from the balcony since the location is not that close to the waterfront. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. There was a big parking lot and also street parking which made our stay more relaxing. Very good proximity to the port where you can go in day trips and also to the most impressive beaches in the western part of Crete.

Cons: For 3 out of 5 days of your stay we had no WIFI connection, being October we were in our room for more time so watching Netflix/Youtube on the TVs was near impossible. We made it clear that it didn't work but no action plan was done. The shower was also a problem since its \

Pros: Just amazing venue! Lady at the reception was very helpful. We felt hospitality from every stuff member. Location of the hotel is close to the city center. I highly recommend the place

Pros: The staff is truly friendly. The breakfast is fine - comparing with a 4 star hotel in Crete, the one served by Sapphire is better. (salted and sweet dishes). A high appreciation for the coffee served. It is not the specific coffee at the machine as in majority hotels, it's prepared with quality coffee and milk. The location is new and spotless clean. If I come back one day, for sure I would choose again. More than this, if you want to visit the west beaches 🌊of Crete, Kissamos is a strategic point. The suite is equipped with enough tools for cooking.
