Myrion Beach Resort & Spa - Adults Only

Overall this is a amazing hotel!

Pros: The hotel was really clean, facilities were top notch and the food in the restaurant was great, the desserts were fantastic! 100% would go again!

Cons: Inside and outside gyms were quite small, but we got our exercises done well.

Fabulous adult only quiet hotel which really is right by the beach

Pros: We had a wonderful 10 days at the Myrion. It is in a very quiet area, but that was exactly what we were looking for. Lovely pool, and the beach is only a few steps away from the pool area. Great app service to order drinks and food from your sunbed by the pool or on the beach. Bottled water provided daily. We stayed half board and the evening food was \

Pros: Nicely and stylishly equipped room. Pool restaurant served good food and each evening there were nice programs.

Cons: The sunbeds on the beach were a bid old. The beach has stones apart from one day the sea was quite dirty.

Good safe bet hotel

Pros: Property was what you would expect super clean, great pool area, quiet ( in October). Good food, friendly staff and access to the beach. The pools of water look fab. Another positing was arriving to a Greek salad in room and bottle of wine. The room was split into the bedroom and living room area which was handy. The pillow shop genius idea - for a person that has a bad neck this was such a luxury!!!

Cons: The pool didn’t open until 10am and towels were not available even for a morning swim in the sea which we found a bit frustrating. And the pool closes at 6pm, which seems early. Other than that the car park was busy and there wasn’t anywhere particularly nice to walk to From the hotel. Missing some atmosphere but again probably as it is the end of the season

Pros: Indoor/ outdoor pool. Spa reservations for yourself. Staff at your disposal for any requests. Clean/ decent apartment size.

Cons: Breakfast sitting and ordering is a bit chaotic. Also some apartments bedroom is just across your neighbour balcony which is kinda weird.

Incredible relaxing week

Pros: Absolutely everything! Food was incredible and both breakfast buffet and dinner buffet changed daily. Our room was incredible and everything so clean and comfortable. Spa and swimming pool were amazing and staff was 5 stars. They were all so nice, kind and helpful. I’ll definitely be back :)

Amazing return stay in a fantastic hotel

Pros: Stunning hotel in a beautiful location and with fantastic facilities. The staff in particular are all really friendly and helpful and helped to make our stay so enjoyable. Room size was great and the beds were really comfy - pillow menu outstanding feature. Our room had a lovely balcony and large shower and huge bed. It was so easy to get from the room to the pool to the beach and the whole place had a high-end luxurious feel. The spa and gym are great and I used the new outdoor gym several times. There's always plenty of space and no rush for the best loungers, which helps to make it feel so relaxed. The gardens are beautiful, full of Mediterranean herbs. Service by the pool and on the beach is fantastic and the QR code menu works really well. There's a great drinks selection, lovely food (evening dining too) and great local wines and signature cocktails.

Cons: Sometimes it felt like the service could do with a little extra training to give it 5* polish, such as explaining whether coffee is self serve at breakfast, which I still don't know. The sunbeds were occasionally a little stained, and wall switches in the room were a little grubby. Also a couple of the light switches didn't work fully, possibly as the design of the switch bank didn’t work well with UK plug adaptors. Minor things, but would improve it slightly. It would also be best to avoid plastic straws, which are a danger to turtles, especially as turtles nest on the same beach.

A very enjoyable stay in a fabulous resort and with great hospitality.

Pros: The Resort is a superb one and with great hospitality extended by all staff. The resort facilities and in-house restaurants are excellent. Our stay was a very enjoyable one and having also rented a car the location was within easy access of the main road network connecting the West Crete to East Crete. Crete is a fabulous destination and offers great hospitality, sights and cuisine.
