Geraniotis Hotel and Resort

Pros: Sofia at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. She's wonderful and made recommendations. The hotel's breakfast and dinner were excellent. The dishes typical of Cretan cuisine were quite diverse.

Wonderful!

Pros: Everything. We had a great time, the location is beautiful, the staff was wonderful and the rooms were comfortable. Would also highly recommend booking a dinner at the Ouzaki restaurant.

Great all inclusive option with top location

Pros: Great all round, super frienldy staff and no real defects.

Cons: Maybe more evening options would be nice other than the sole table tennis. Beach not really good for swimming.

Great rooms, perfect for a few nights of relaxing

Pros: The staff were really friendly. The room was really well appointed. Our room and the resort in general was really quiet but also very walkable to lots of bars and restaurants. Lots of free parking.

Cons: We didnt think we would need to pay to rent beach towels- we expected to need to pay a deposit but actually paying to rent them as well seemed steep. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had many options but wasnt the highest quality. The menu seemed skewed towards western europe (german cuisine) but few local options.

Pros: We stayed at this hotel four years ago, and it has since undergone renovation. The ladies at the reception are wonderful and incredibly friendly. The bartenders at the poolside restaurant were also great and friendly. Our rooms were cleaned every day. The breakfasts were plentiful and there was something for everyone. We liked the large grassy area with plenty of sun loungers.

Cons: This hotel mainly accommodates German guests. We wouldn't mind that if we didn't feel that the waiters treated us differently in the main restaurant. We decided to ignore it and enjoy our vacation :-) If you want a quiet vacation without children, this is not the place for you. There are lots of climbing frames and many families with children here. We didn't mind this, as the children mainly stayed by the pools (not by the sea). This is not a negative review, just a statement of fact.

Amazing!

Pros: Our stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect! The staff were wonderful, always kind and helpful. The place looks stunning, with beautiful surroundings, just a short walk from the beach and very close to the city. Everything about it was relaxing and enjoyable – truly a perfect vacation spot!

Good facilities and well run beach front hotel.

Pros: Excellent food and staff are proud and try to help as best they can. Shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The newer part of the hotel has genuine 4* rooms.

Cons: Sunbed policing required as often 80% of sunbeds unoccupied by people nowhere near and there aren't quite enough when the hotel is at full capacity. Evening entertainment below par. Swimming pool design a bit boring.

Pros: Fabulous location, very clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff.

Cons: Luxury apartment was smaller than we’d expected, but still very comfortable. Be good if breakfast was served just a little later, finishing at 10:15 was a bit too early for teenagers 😂

Pros: Amazing selection of breakfast and dinner, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall a very nice hotel to stay with your family

Pros: The hotel is really nice a lovely location 👌 It was very clean,loved the bathroom and the mattress was really comfortable as well as the double selection in pillows.

Cons: If you are a couple keep in mind that this is a hotel with a lot of families and quiet times are not something you can experience.
