Very comfortable quiet and pleasant stay

Pros: We went in late September, Very clean quiet rooms and great staff. Breakfast was good, and the sea view was lovely. The beach could have been better,too many rocks in sea,but overall a really nice stay.

Cons: The beach could have been better.

Pros: Free parking, welcome drink, earlier check-in. Room in line with description (partial see view), nice and super clean. Free minibar (start package). Good breakfast with beautiful view.

Pros: Lovely, calming and comfortable hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable. Nice range of complimentary minibar drinks on arrival and a welcome drink also given by the reception which was appreciated! Breakfast buffet was great and right by the sea. All the staff were so pleasant and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. The pool area is good and there are also sun loungers directly on the beach too so you can choose either pool or beach lounger options! Pinelopi and Katerina at the Reception were exceptionally kind and very helpful. Big thanks to Pinelopi for her booking our excursions and for her recommendations! The hotel also well located for local bars and restaurants. Also easy enough to get bus or taxi into Chania town.

Cons: Extremely small thing but provide some tea bags in the room on arrival. Better mood lighting in the room would be good too - the bedside lights were quite minimal and not that good for reading and the only other option was one big light.

A very pleasant stay

Pros: My stay was SO good. The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was very nice and I had dinner once which was lovely! Nice views and always had space on the sunbeds! Can’t wait to come back.

Cons: I think entertainment of some sort would be nice, maybe live music.

Pros: Great location, on the beach, free parking, delicious options for breakfast with beautiful views right over the beach and sea, refreshing pool with plenty of sunbeds, staff very welcoming, and a free minibar!

Quiet haven, amazing staff!

Pros: Smaller resort than others which was a bonus for us as we like a quieter, chilled kind of holiday. Never an issue getting a bed on the beach for the day as they have more than enough for all guests. Great selection for breakfast each morning. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Easy to get in and out of Chania old town with a bus that stops just up the road. A great location to explore surrounding beaches and coastlines along the west of the island.

Cons: The beach is stoney so I definitely recommend rock shoes to make life easier getting in and out of the sea!

New and beautiful hotel.

Pros: The hotel is new, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are great, if you are not unlucky to get the street view. The facilities are great. The staff is super friendly, breakfast is good. All nice.

Cons: - the beach is stony and not an easy entrance in the sea. - I loved the hotel, but they gave me an inferior room than one in the reservation, they put me in the street view room where it was a terrible noise from the amusement park, they changed after 2 nights after I got super annoyed.

Luxurious stay at this beautiful resort.

Pros: Perfectly placed by the beach. Amazing views both mornings and evenings. All the staff were amazing, smiling and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and all other food at best quality. Rooms very spacious and clean as all of the property. Sun beds were both at pool and on beach.

Cons: Space in closet’s in room’s might be a little more.

Great stay, would definitely recommend

Pros: We had a great stay. The room was lovely with nice outdoor area with seating and a pool. The shared pool was also really nice, never too busy and nice, quiet atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was delicious with so much choice, we also ate lunch here most days which was also good. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. The beach was better than expected and great to go for a dip. Really accessible location to Platanias where there is so many restaurant options.

Cons: The AC wasn’t very powerful, it did take a while for the room to cool down.
