Pros: The hotel exceeded all expectations: it is located right by the sea, with a beautiful pool, an amazing view from the window, clean, and tastefully decorated. The staff is friendly. Just a five-minute walk from the hotel there is a local boulevard with a huge number of restaurants, a grocery store, and an excellent butcher’s shop. Very close by there is a small port where you can rent a boat or take a ride on a motorboat. In the town, you can rent a car or enjoy a train ride around the surroundings. The hotel also offers free bicycles

Pros: Location : 10/10 - so easily accessible to the beach. Amazing even for family with kids Rooms: 10/10 spacious and new with big balcony Breakfast :10/10 healthy and very good. Has an amazing view of the ocean and some nice ambiance to start the day Pool - beach: 9/10 amazing, just amazing. The beach could be a bit more sandy and less rocky but one of the better beaches in cretes Staff: 9/10 : knew what they were doing and were there to help you out. Sadly, no one is there after 21h. Soif u need assistance, you’ll need to wait in the morning. The staff remembers u, remembers our bames. The cleaning personnel was amazing, knew when we were gone to clean the room Shower: 10/10 had a very original and clean bathroom. Also, the soaps smelled really nice Parking: 10/10 parking is free Activities: 9/10 they had a nice boardgame and book selection and floaties for the kids

Cons: 1. No reception after 9. If u have problems, you’ll need to wait for morning. 2. Small flying bugs in the rooms sometimes, probably cause of the heat. They would not do anything but just stay in 1 place.

Pros: We loved our stay here. It is exactly like advertised on Booking. The hotel is right on the beach, quiet, very ckean, 2 minutes walk from great restaurants. Excellent service, amazing staff, lovely owner. We will be back.

Good location, very clean, nice staff

Pros: Its right on the beach.. only one or two other hotels that have there pool area right next to the beach

Cons: The breakfast is not a buffet. But is served.. sometimes takes up to an hour to finish breakfast. Also its outdoors.. a challange when its already 30 degrees at 10:00.. not alot of parking spaces

Pros: Quiet. Right on the beach. Beautiful infinity pool. Proximity to shops and restaurants all within walking distance.

Cons: Everything was great about the hotel so if I had to say one thing with the breakfast included there could be a little more variety.

Fantastic week in Crete!

Pros: The location, staff, rooms & food/beverage were incredible. Absolutely fantastic all round! Would 100% come back again.

Cons: Only thing for me was the gym / fitness centre needs a little upgrading of equipment and slight renovation.

Pros: The location of the hotel was lovely. It was quiet with a nice atmosphere, and a perfect spot by the beach. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The food and drinks were amazing.

Lovely one week summer vacation in Crete

Pros: Very beautiful and well maintained property in the center of Platanias (25 mins drive from Chania) with a generous beach front and pool. Lovely owners and staff, very attentive with the guests from every aspect, worth mentioning that there's a focus on quality (didn't expect speciality coffee in a hotel - same with the food from the restaurant, the breakfast is not a buffet). We will return with pleasure when visiting Crete again.
