Do not hesitate to book here. It was our best stay so far, we felt so comfortable and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Pros: What can I say! Most amazing service by far. We were greeted as soon as we arrived by Kosta who told us we had been upgraded to a larger room and WOW! we were so impressed by the suite. All the amenities you could ask for and a bathroom larger than your standard small ones in Greece overall, along with a great sized balcony. We had fresh fruit & wine provided for us as well as some amazing snacks! We did our laundry and felt like we were at home. They provided us with a detailed map for brunch & dinners as well as tourist attractions to visit. I cannot express our gratitude for both Kosta’s that looked after us!

Amazing flat!

Pros: Everything was perfect. The flat is really nice, with a good balcony. The matress allowed us to sleep like angels after the flight. Thanks to Kostas (owner) for letting us doing the check in a little bit earlier than it was supposed.

Had a great stay at Ruby suites

Pros: Great apartments all very modern good size balcony , exceptionally clean , great guy on reception who was so helpful , also free parking , so easy to walk into the Venetian Harbour and also the beach ,

Cons: Only down side was the lack of views , just streets and buildings , but we did no that before we booked ,

Excellent choice for an overnight stay in Chania

Pros: Friendly welcome and room was quiet, clean, well-equipped and spacious. We found a space in the private parking. The old town and the town beach (with good choice of restaurants) are both a short (7-10 minute) walk away.

Cons: Nothing was bad. We would go back when we next travel to Crete via Chania.

Good stay at Ruby Luxury Suites

Pros: Great place to stay. The location is not too far from Chania Old Town. Everything is within good walking distance. Also a very nice beach (Nea Chora). There is a busstop closeby In case you want to go a bit further. So there is something for every traveller. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is sufficient enough to prepare a simple meal, and the shower is comfortable. There is an ac in the bedroom and living room, so you can escape the heat during the day and the night. The bed is good, and the pillows are okay. The photos from the appartements are exactly the same. The receptionist was very welcoming. He gave us some good tips from the moment we checked in and was very helpful during the stay with questions and requests we had. The service here is much better than the average on the island.
