Pros: Great location on a quiet street in the heart of Chania's commercial district but only 400 metres from the harbour and the tourist centre. Because it is in the commercial district all the bars, restaurants and shops are for local people and not for tourists and price and quality reflects this. We had a one bedroom apartment. It was a great size and had all the facilities we wanted. I'm not sure I could use the kitchen for cooking but everything else was fine, including the washing machine which I did use. I don't really understand why the TV is facing the bed in an apartment this size. I either got a sore neck or fell asleep. The staff were fantastic and even picked us up from the airport which is a rare bonus. Apartment was cleaned every 3 days. They left us water, soap, shampoo and some kitchen cupboard items which we would have had to buy otherwise. Nikita was very friendly and helpful, thank you.

Pros: Spacious room with a full kitchen and balcony. Location about 10mins walk from the old town. Airport bus station just across the street. Staff was nice and allowed us leaving our luggages with him before departure.

Cons: Would be nice if the staff was there when we first arrived. It was a little scary when the office had no response and we were waiting for 15mins in a pitch black narrow hallway despite we have already confirmed with the property when we would arrive.

Great location, nice staff, all essentials and great value for money

Pros: Great location, easy access with instructions, friendly staff, nice room, equipped kitchen with all basics, washing machine, great price as well. Based on my experience, would recommend it.

Cons: Minor thing to note, bit of noise during the night, which is expected due to central location. Having ear plugs solves the issue.

Excellent communication, spotless and comfortable would stay again.

Pros: Communication was reassuring and helpful, we arrived very late and everything was ready for us. The room was spotlessly clean and larger than expected. Central location near bus station and main square. Would stay again.

Pros: Fantastic location The bed was comfy It was very handy having a washing machine

Cons: We did not get any housekeeping over the 5 night stay that we had. At the end of our stay we found the sign to hang on the door for housekeeping but it was too late by then I wish they told us from the beginning. The shower curtain was a bit too long and at times it would cover the drain which could have flooded the bathroom
