Tersus Luxury Villa

Pros: Everything was spotless and of a high quality inside and out, it was our oasis to have a great family holiday, comfy beds, lovely bedding, high end bathrooms, beautiful open plan down stairs, with all the amenities you could ever need, I truly think it’s the best self catering place I have ever stayed in and wouldn’t hesitate to go back!! 😁

Amazing Villa, best family holiday

Pros: Great location, stunning villa, fabulous outside space, easy to walk to the beach and tavernas. Christos was super helpful & the owner & his family were so welcoming.

Fabulous

Pros: The villa had every home comfort (and more than anyone could imagine). The owners and host were totally lovely. The hospitality in terms of wine, fruit, eggs, and vegetables was superb. Others have mentioned washing/ dishwasher tabs/ softener. There is also a range of condiments/ coffee/ sugar/salt/ pepper. No need to bring your own stuff. Everything else is available 5 minutes away in the local shops/ butchers/ bakery. Tavernas/ cafés also in the near vicinity. There is a bit of ahill down and up, but I am 70, and my husband has some mobilty challenges, but we were fine. Supermarkets will deliver shopping if asked. The twin bedroom is on the ground floor with a shower room adjacent. Two double bedrooms with a shared shower room on the upper floor.

Great stay in lovely well-equipped villa

Pros: Villa is modern and has all the amenities and equipment you need for a great holiday. Nice and comfy beds, cooling working well and blinders to get the bedrooms dark - we slept well. Kitchen is having all the equipment needed to prepare some meals. Good Synka supermarket within short drive. We really enjoyed the outdoor area, lot of places to sit and relax, good sized pool and nice barbeque area. The location is calm but yet close to services of Kalyves and the beach. Parking spot for a car inside the yard. Warm welcome on arrival and everything working smoothly.

Beautiful new villa in great location

Pros: Lovely spotless villa in a great location, close walking distance to the centre of Kalyves village and the beach. Spacious, pristine condition with lovely furnishings, comfy beds, smart tv’s, wonderful outside space with pool and lots of places to relax and chill out. There were so many thoughtful touches and literally everything you could need and more. Dimitra the owner welcomed us on arrival with treats - we were so sad to leave as the villa is really comfortable, peaceful and stylish. Great hospitality and communication from Christos, Dimitra and Yannis - thank you for a memorable stay. ❤️

Pros: Very spacious, tidy and comfortable villa, very close to Kalyves beach and all the facilities of the town, a warm welcome from the owners Dimitra and her daughter is everyone wants to start their holiday, “and a welcome drink offered “ Giannis the owner also always there to help if needed to make your holidays smoother, the hospitality was top 😀☀️we will back soon x
