Pros: A wonderful welcome by Dimos. The villa is stunning, perfect location and simply a Greek paradise!

Dimos is an exceptional host, replying promptly to text messages and always available 24/7.

Pros: The location is great ! You are a bit isolated in the wild and at the same time the airport is only 15 minutes away drive from the property.

Cons: There is nothing I can fault in this new modern house. Dimos has thought about every detail and I am sure that everything in this property will meet the standards even to the most demanding customers.

Best accommodation for a vacation on Crete.

Pros: We had an absolutely amazing time at Dimos’ villa. The property is beautifully modern, tastefully furnished, and offers breathtaking views. Just a short 3-minute walk from the beach, it’s ideally located for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the Crete seaside. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need — from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and lovely outdoor spaces. Whether you want to cook, relax on the terrace, or explore the area, it’s all there. Dimos was the perfect host: always available, helpful, and incredibly friendly. You can really feel that he cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be back.

Pros: A slice of paradise in Greece – beyond expectations! The location is absolutely spectacular, with a breathtaking view that truly exceeds expectations. The villa is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, fully equipped with everything you need – it genuinely feels like home. We were warmly welcomed with fresh fruit and cold drinks, a lovely gesture that made us feel instantly relaxed and appreciated. The host is incredibly kind and friendly, always attentive and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The nearby Lutraki beach is stunning – peaceful, exclusive, and just a 2-minute walk away. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Pros: Yemaya Seaview villa was better than the photos. The villa is perfectly located and completely accessible for my mother who has limited mobility. The beach club Onar is very close and is beautiful and there are great restaurants down at the harbour that are also very close. The villa is beautifully appointed, furnished and styled and completely equipped. The provided fresh oranges and electric juicer made for excellent juice!! Everything you could possibly want is provided here , thank you so much!

Pros: An absolutely perfect stay. I couldn't fault either the accommodation or our host Dimos. Its a very short drive (5 minutes) to Marathi beach with has lovely places to eat. Short walk to Loutgraki beach for lazy days. Dimos even showed up on our last day with Cretan breakfast pastries. Already planning for next year!

Pros: We loved our stay. The house is very well located, beautiful and has an incredible view. We had a wonderful welcome from Dimos, who is the best host. He helped us with tips on restaurants, boat trips, places to visit, etc. The house has a gas grill which we used a lot. We definitely want to come back!

Pros: The location overseeing the Loutraki laguna. You dont really see the beach but you do wake up to the sun and the see. The property is borderline luxurious with interesting and innovative design choices, accent on simplicity, discretion and quality.
