Cons: Lack of paddle board or kayaks.

Pros: The location was absolutely amazing. The host was very responsive and helpful. After spending time playing in the sea, we enjoyed a BBQ and had a great time. The beach right in front of the property was calm and truly beautiful. We fell in love with this place. We also visited some nearby beaches, but the water here was definitely clearer. It was a very relaxing stay, and we wished we could have stayed longer.

Pros: The villa is located directly on the beach, with an unforgettable view from the roof terrace. The beach is stony but there is also a sandy beach 100 metres away. The living room is spacious and comfortable. The host was waiting for us with a stocked fridge and fruits.

Cons: The bedrooms and consequently the beds are small and the mattresses are very hard. Some things need repair (window locks, garden taps). The two sun beds on the roof terrace are not very comfortable.

Quiet villa right on the beach

Pros: The villa is located right on a quiet secluded beach popular among the locals but not with tourist. There is everything you need for a week of vacation including washing machine and dishwasher which we did not use actually. The owner has filled the fridge with bottled water, veggies, fruits, local food and even a bottle of wine. We felt really welcome! The communication and check in was as smooth and easy. Great place for relaxing vacation away from the noise of the city.

Cons: The major downsides were the small beds (140x190cm)and rock hard mattresses. My husband 193cm high could not sleep in any of the beds so had to take the sofa. The other problem which the host promised to fix is the loud AC in the bedroom. Despite those we still had very nice stay and can recommend the the place.

Wir haben die Nähe zum Strand, die Ruhe und das Rauschen des Meeres genossen.

Pros: Die Lage gerade am Meer war toll. Besonders hat uns die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse gefallen.

Cons: Die Schlüsselübergabe hat zunächst überhaupt nicht geklappt. Wir kamen spät an, niemand war da und wir kamen nicht ins Haus, da wir keinen Code erhielten. Wir haben über eine Stunde im Auto gewartet. Wir waren müde und haben gefroren.

Bellissimo, da ripetere e da ricordare.

Pros: Svegliarsi già davanti al mare e poter fare un tuffo di primo mattino, sentire il rumore delle onde la sera, il panorama magnifico, la disponibilità di moltissime cose utili per la vacanza ( sia per la cucina che per la spiaggia che per le pulizie etc)

Cons: La presenza di un solo bagno.

Fantastic views, you hear the sea from any room in the house.

Pros: The location is truly wonderful, you have the sea with you while cooking, while sleeping...you see and hear the waves all the time :) I loved that! The house is very clean: sheets, towels - everything you need in the kitchen. The outside space amazing, we used the roof terrace for relaxing during the day and for stars gazing and drinks during the night. Fantastic! The beach outside the house is beautiful, the people that are coming there are locals and the vibe is peaceful. Good wifi as well. I liked the private secluded area but the downside is it's a 35 min walk in the sun heat on the road (with no sidewalk) to Kalyves village - tavernas, supermarket all shops - so you have to have a car for getting around.

Cons: We were 4 adults and 3 kids and the house has 1 bathroom - it was hard for us. I think the best is for 4 people to stay in the house, more than that is a stretch - not impossible but also not the best :) Outside of the house, in the left side, by the sea is an improvised tent for hippies that probably smoke weed :) They did not bother us with anything at all, they were super peaceful - it just looks not safe at the beginning. The beds are short. One of us is taller than 190 cm and it was very difficult to sleep well. The oven doesn't work - if you try to use it, the lights are out; anyways, we managed well without it.

Pros: Kiváló elhelyezkedés, nagy terasz. Jó vendégvárás, bekészítés.

Cons: Nem volt mikró.

Pros: De locatie! op 10 meter van de zee met een doorgaans leeg strand voor het huis! Echt meer dan fantastisch!

Cons: Het is eigenlijk niet perfect voor grote gezinnen (wij met 6) ondat er 2 personen in de woonkamer moeten slapen.. maar ach.. ook dat went! 😊

Traumhaft, vor allem für verliebte die die wundervollen Sonnenaufgänge und Untergänge gemeinsam genießen wollen.

Pros: Die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum. Scheint auch ein Geheimtyp zu sein, weil den ganzen Tag über Autos kommen um dort schwimmen gehen, aber es ist nicht überfüllt. Vor dem Haus kann man nur mit Wasserschuhen ins Wasser (Steine), etwas rechts (20m) ist aber ein feiner Sandstrand und auch da ist man hin und wieder ganz alleine oder nur mit sehr wenigen Personen. Die Dachterasse ist ein echter Traum, weil auch bei warmen Temperaturen dort ein leichter Wind geht. Morgens und Abends ist man am Haus und am Strand ganz alleine und genießt die Aussicht und Einsamkeit, die wirklich unbezahlbar ist.

Cons: Eine Spülmaschine fehlt, ist aber verzeihbar.
