We had great time and hope to return next year.
Pros: Nice property with excellent location. Gorgeous villa house with all extras. Most of the villa is luxuriously furnished and equipped with a capacity for 3 families or 2 families with children. Grand floor premises are excellent with large comfortable hall, perfectly equipped kitchen, nice bedroom and children room with access to playground. Settlement around swimming pool also very pleasant and comfortable. Food delivery, from Elpis (Plaka) restaurant, organized by Costas was rich and delicious.
Cons: Second flow apartment is very spacious and luxury, but mostly usable only by one family. The apartment on -1 ground level, unfortunately, although spacious and offering a certain amount of privacy, does not meet the standard of the rest of the villa. Especially the bathroom, where there is still much to be desired (cleanliness and equipment). This is not evident from the advertising photos and puts some of the tenants at disadvantage compared to others, which is unpleasant, especially if you share the total cost of the property.

Absolutely amazing Villa & location
Pros: A fantastic modern beautiful property with a perfect location
Cons: Everything was great. One small note was possibly more shade needed by the pools - the existing umbrellas are not good enough

A stay that will complete your Greek holiday.
Pros: Miraida is an incredibly modern home, beautifully designed and large enough to fit our large group. There are many lounging areas which makes you feel like you’re at a mini resort. We will certainly be back to stay one day. The staff were very helpful with suggesting restaurants and other local attractions.

Fantástica estancia en un entorno precioso.
Pros: La casa , es preciosa y esta muy bien equipada y cuidada. La piscina increíble y la barbacoa.tambien. Increíbles vistas a la bahía.
Cons: realmente las vistas al mar son preciosas pero hay una carretera delante de la casa por lo que en el jardín se oye el trafico. En cuanto a la distribución, se debería de explicar mejor , es mas para una familia que para un grupo de amigos ya que hay una suite increíble en la segunda planta pero el resto son 2 habitaciones dobles no muy grandes con un baño compartido y un semi sótano con 2 camas y un baño.

Pros: Een prachtig zicht, heerlijke ligstoelen en poefs. Een mooie buitenkeuken met eetplaats en BBQ. Soms wat lawaai van de (verborgen) weg die voor de villa passeert, maar dat is zeer beperkt. Een aanrader.

Absolutely dreamy villa, amazing views, kind and responsive host, couldn't have loved it more
Pros: *Spectacular views *Luxurious and comfy spaces both indoor and out; we spent all our time in the fabulous backyard area *Proximity to the beach for morning and evening swims *The delightful pool, perfect for doing laps *The outdoor kitchen/BBQ/pizza oven area, which we used one night for an epic grillfest *Easy walking distance (15 mins) into Almyrida restaurants & shops reduces car reliance *Thoughtful touches throughout, from an outdoor shower to the well-appointed kitchen *Comfy beds *Wonderful main bedroom, with dressing room, rain shower, jacuzzi tub, and two (!) beautiful balcony areas *A kind welcome basket of fruit and wine *Screens on all the doors, which is not a given in Europe and allowed us to sleep with gentle breezes *Kind and helpful host
Cons: Not a criticism, just a suggestion: A house manual would be super helpful as a one-stop guide to orient guests on basics like how to operate the a/c, how to use/troubleshoot the German appliances, where/when to take out the garbage, taxi service numbers, local restaurant recommendations in and beyond Almyrida. The owner was accessible and responsive via text, but we hated to bother him with basic questions.
