Pros: The staff is very helpful The menu is delicious for all courses The site is not crowded at all, due to nice segmentation You can feel privacy despite that there are around 100 rooms The own seashore is just good but not excellent , the various pools and the closely located best beaches s like Balos give plenty of opportunities

Cons: Probably it was our unfortunate situation but during the nights the constant circulation of a closely located pool was too loud to keep open the terrace doors to enjoy the fresh air of the seaside while during the daytime the dismantling of the neighboring beach facility was disturbing

Great stay, very quiet hotel with good staff.

Pros: Staff were friendly and very helpful. Food was good and there were several local dishes served.

Cons: There is very little bar space in the main hotel bar so after dinner there were no seats available

Pros: We got all-inclusive and it was great. The food was delicious and there was a lot of variety. The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. The hotel is right at the beach, we had direct access to the sea. The pool was a good option as well.

Cons: Nothing to complain about

Relaxing, beautiful, and fun

Pros: We were upgraded to a pool-side room and it was an amazing stay. Next time we plan on booking to pool-side because it was so convenient to have the loungers, pool, and sea right outside your door. The staff were excellent.

Cons: Our room was slightly dated, particularly the bathtub. But still very comfortable.

Pros: Great room with amazing service. Really great choice having a room and the sharer pool.

Pros: The location was peaceful and quiet on the beach at Grand Bay. Kolymvari is a small fishing village with a few bars and restaurants - not for anybody looking for nightlife. All the staff at the hotel were polite, helpful, friendly and very professional. They all went the extra mile to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Food was plentiful and of a good standard. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable with an efficient maid service.

Cons: The hotel needs redecorating. Some rooms have noise from the hotel entertainment which finishes at 23.00.

Pros: Overall, everything was excellent. The food was delicious, and the area is great for walks. Canya is nearby, making access easy. Andreas at the pool bar ensures that you have a great time. His attitude and expertise are top-notch, and anyone served by him is lucky.

Great stay by the beach

Pros: The hotel is amazing! Right by the beach, really nice pools and amazing staff. The food was great and varied.

Good experience even if they changed us of hotel.

Pros: I would have loved to stay in the Giannoulis Bay beach ONLY ADULTS but regarding a problem of air conditioning in several rooms they changed our reservation to their sister hotel Giannoulis Pearl Wing full of kids which I wanted to avoid x.x But due to this inconvenience they offer us all package included and we really appreciated it!. The buffet was very good, staff very well organized, very kind, good athmosphere, nice beach and swimming pool!. I must stand out the service, attention, hospitality of the staff and receptionist were excellent, very well organized, very kind!! I would specially thank to Amalia which helped us since the beginning of our stay. Thank you so much to reception team for being so nice and kind and for the little present at the end of my stay! ευχαριστώ :)

Cons: It was full of kids and guests who didn't respect the fact that they couldnt book the loungers with towels which they always did, even for couple of hours when the swimming pool was empty and probably they were out or eating letting us without space many times.
