Pros: Easily the best hotel I stayed at during my 6 weeks in Crete. Central but quiet. Beautiful, new, modern rooms (stocked with wine, water, fruit, coffee) that were true to the pictures. Best shower pressure I've ever found. Comfortable beds. Simple check-in. Savoula was beyond accommodating. Genuine, lovely, helpful; more like a concierge. Full of helpful advice and always available to bring anything you might need that somehow wasn't furnished already. It was truly exceptional. Thank you! 11/10

Cons: Wasn't an issue for me but literally the only thing I can think of is maybe a lack of parking? But to the people that complain there's no parking in an old town... 🤦‍♂️

Perfect stay at a great location!

Pros: Excellent and very new property at a prime location. The room was amazing, the staff was very helpful and kind and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palaiochora. Bonus: The scent of the bathroom amenities and throught the hotel were devine!

Pros: Very lovely hotel in the heart of Palaiochora. The room was surprisingly spacious. The host was very kind and helpful. She was always available to assist us and gave great recommendations. Palaiochora is a charming little town that we really enjoyed. The hotel is perfectly located - everything is within walking distance, and parking is easy. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Very well placed for beaches, cafes etc. Bed very comfortable. Good facilities. Fresh fruit left was a nice touch. Washing line and pegs! little things help.

Cons: Loo off the bedroom/ shower separate. A bit tight and awkward. Shower overflowed into bedroom. Was looked at and presumably dealt with but a rather strange set up.
