I would recommend this accommodation to everyone who wants to explore Crete, it’s the best value for money, easy, comfor
Pros: The apartment is awesome, it has more than you need (two types of coffee makers + kettle). Even though it’s small it’s very comfortable and better than a hotel room.
Cons: We liked everything. I know some people mentioned that some amenities like soap were missing, but we had everything we needed.

Pros: I liked everything basically. Excellent location, close to the old town, the embankment, the beach, the central bus station. The difference is the attention from the owner.
Cons: I didn't like the only thing that was the shower drain that worked terribly. I thought we would flood it. Fortunately, there was a mop, which was a plus for the owner. It was a big inconvenience. And it's very inconvenient that there isn't a single shelf in the shower to put shower accessories. There is a jar for liquid soap, but it was empty. It's not very convenient to go to the store right away in the first few hours.

Pros: Cozy Studio are just in the middle between the Nea Chora beach and old city of Chania. Therefore, both can be quickly reached on foot. Bakeries and supermarket are also close to the apartment, which is also very convenient. The apartments are small but very clean and equipped with everything necessary for long term stay: coffee machines, kettle, sandwich maker, refrigerator, a large set of dishes and cutlery, washing machine, hair dryer, air condition, TV-set, Wi-Fi. Even set of mop and bucket as well as set of tools (screwdrivers, pliers and so on) provided. Most of the equipment are almost new. Before our arrival we were contacted with welcome man (special thanks to him!) who met us near the entrance, give a set of keys and Wi-Fi password. It should be mentioned, that there were no problems with late check-in. 10 of 10. Recommended.
Cons: Cozy Studio is small. However it is not a great problem, because it is wisely designed and comfortable. Also some tips for a your happy stay in a Cozy Studio: 1) Do not forget to empty bucket at the balcony in time, because air condition drains into it; 2) Do not press small round button on the shower set=)

Pros: Everything was perfect, the location is great near the beaches and also the city center. A lot of cute stores and bakeries. Apartment is clean and just like the pictures, I highly recommend!

Cons: L’assenza di un parcheggio e la necessità di dover girare anche venti minuti per riuscire a trovarne uno.

Не смотря на некоторые недочеты , мы остались довольны и рекомендуем апартамент дальше !
Pros: Удобное расположение , без проблемное заселение. Уютно . Большой шкаф, удобная кровать . Есть и утюг, и стиральная машина. Полотенца и постельное белье в достатке для смены .
Cons: Муравьи , еду можно спрятать было только в холодильник . В духовке остатки еды предыдущих туристов . Грязный противень. У кухонного стола только один стул . Как бы аккуратно не пользовался душем, на полу в туалете стоит вода , которую нечем собрать ! Найти парковочное место для машины зачастую проблематично .

Excellent location, piece and quiet during stay, clean and comfortable.
Pros: Everything was perfect. People I interacted with were extremely polite and helpful.
Cons: Shower drain could be slightly better, during shower usage it was overflowing, but not sure it this is a design.

Great studio with minor negatives but still great option for accommodation
Pros: excellent location close to the old port and all amenities. the appartment was well equipped with all we needed during our stay. Very good communication with the host and Mr John who showed us around the apartment upon our arrival. Clean with comfy bed and great AC.
Cons: There was only a used toilet paper for our 5 night stay. although there was a dispenser for hand soap, it was empty. no shampoo or shower gel in shower. I can't remember staying anywhere else and not even have hand soap to wash my hands. difficult to find parking at night.
