Surpassed my expectations, loved the accommodation
Pros: I loved the entire apartments, it had the Greek cultural feel, I loved that we only had to walk around the corner to get to beach and a shop, the room was clean and comfortable and we were well looked after!!

Pros: The location is very close to the beach, friendly staff, the room was quite large and clean, daily cleaning, linen and towels changed every 3 days. The location has a gorgeous inner courtyard, although it is not very big. În conclusion everything was wonderful in the 9 nights spent at Astra Apartments
Cons: There was no double bed, just 2 single beds pushed together. A microwave would be ideal.

Pros: The little Greek villa was 2 minutes walk from a beautiful beach. There were restaurants and bars nearby.
Cons: There wasn't a TV, but it didn't worry us at all.

Astra beach retreat
Pros: The beach is a short walk around the corner. A lovely sandy beach to swim in, no rocks. The owner, Stellios will make you an espresso anytime of day. Tastefully, decorated room with kitchen. Small balcony and a beautiful, shady garden retreat with partial ocean view and sun loungers, tables and chairs. Quiet location, many guests come here regularly. Easy to catch a bus into the old town. Highly recommend 🙂
Cons: There are only 2 private parking spaces and the streets are very narrow. We always managed to get a park.

Calm area with a beach just around the corner
Pros: The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, where you can truly relax and feel at home. It’s a very peaceful area, with the soothing sound of the waves in the background. The apartment is well-equipped with many appliances, including two air conditioners, and features a cosy private terrace as well as access to a beautiful shared yard. The beach itself is just around the corner. The host is very kind and positive, which made our stay even better. A large supermarket (Lidl) is only 5 minutes away by car. Also, make sure to ask the host for a restaurant recommendation, he recommended a fantastic place to eat!
Cons: Perhaps a microwave oven could be a nice addition, but honestly, this is not a real disadvantage, everything else was perfect.

A holiday in paradise
Pros: We stayed in this hotel for fast 3 weeks. Everything was excellent! The owners of the hotel is very friendly and nice. The room is the same as in the picture. You live in a paradise. The apartment has everything what we needed.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, and the daily cleaning service was a great touch. It was also surprisingly quiet at night, allowing us to get a great night's sleep. The location is perfect—just a 3-minute walk to the beach, which was incredibly convenient. We also loved that it's super close to the bus station, making it easy to get to Chania city center or other nearby locations. We also appreciated the beautiful courtyard, filled with flowers and offering a stunning view of the sea. The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic value. You get high-quality service and amenities for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend it and can't wait to come back!

Pros: Literally everything. The room, the yard, the owner, the friendly staff, the location. And they have a tiny library and a terrace were you can read, play cards, or just sit and chat and it's cool there despite the heat. I also loved the aesthetics of the place: white and blue.
Cons: Nothing. We loved every minute of it
