Beautiful Oasis

Pros: Very beatiful garden, clean room, helpful staff and a restaurant with good food. Also to mention that it is close to 3 beaches (less than 10 minutes walk), close to bus station. I really apreciated the fresh juice from the fruits in the garden. I would recommend the location to anyone who wants to have a relaxing holiday in a peaceful oasis.

Cons: I can't say that there is anything to complain about. Everyone was very nice (from the cleaning lady with a very sincere smile, to restaurant and hotel staff and the owner, Mr. Dionysos, who provided us useful information about the area). Beautiful location and room and the best food in the area (for our taste).

Pros: We liked everything about our stay. The room was good sized, the food and staff excellent. Very relaxing stay.

Green oasis

Pros: Small hotel with a family atmosphere where you immediately feel like at home. Beautiful pool with enough loungers, excellent breakfast, possibility to order pool snacks and drinks and a nice small restaurant. The staff is friendly and goes our of their way to make sure you enjoy your holidays (they remembered that my husband likes oat milk so he always got some with his coffee). Lush and green garden, close to two beautiful beaches and Chania town center. Excellent price-quality ratio!

Cons: It was not clear where the parking is at first (but the hotel has a good parking nearby so make sure to ask in advance how to get there).

Peaceful and enjoyable!

Pros: This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with an amazing pool area, lovely staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and the best hotel breakfast we’ve had!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this accommodation. The service was exceptional, with staff who were always helpful and friendly. The tropical garden was like a little slice of paradise on Earth. The location was perfect – only a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. There were excellent restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of choices. The property was very family-friendly, with a nice playground for the kids. We especially loved the fantastic local restaurant on site. Breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of options. The bar was wonderful, with great drinks and a relaxing atmosphere. The pool was absolutely fantastic – perfect for a refreshing swim any time of the day. Oublic transport to Chania is nearby (2-3 minutes by walk), only 20-30 minutes travel to Chania center with air conditiond bus.

Pros: The pool, the colorful flowers and trees, the comfortable bed, the spacious bathroom, the closeness to Iguana beach. Close to everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, laundry service).

Cons: The instant coffee at the breakfast buffet.

Wonderful stay at Dionyssos Village

Pros: We had a private pool and it was simply excellent. The location was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing in peace. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was comfortable and functional, with everything we needed. Breakfast was varied and delicious, especially the fresh fruit and juices. The location is also great: the beach is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of tavernas and shops nearby. Free parking was a big plus as well. Overall, Dionyssos Village is a fantastic place to stay. We would definitely come back!

Cons: The only downside was the situation with the sunbeds near the main pool. Many guests reserved them early in the morning with towels but didn’t actually use them until much later. This should really be prohibited to make it fair for everyone.

Excellent hotel, great swimmingpool!

Pros: Great small hotel, superior double room was amazing, ground floor next to pool, with balcony entrance direct to pool. Staff friendly helpul. Not much to do in the area but we had a rental car. 10 min to Chania and agia marina. Some restaurants nearby. Simba lovely cat, my daughter played with. Definitely want to come back.

Cons: Bar a little overpriced, not too bad. 12€ for a cocktail, 6€ for a draught beer.. the sunbeds near pool seems to get taken early in the morning. People put towels on them but Doesnt realy use it till later.. general problem anywhere..

Fantastic place

Pros: The hotel is set in a beautiful garden with lush vegetation. The irregularly shaped pool has various depths – it’s clean and well-maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent and varied breakfasts, with fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice every day. The rooms are clean and functional. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. There are tavernas and shops nearby. Free parking is available.

We’d highly recommend this family-run hotel for the care that is shown by all of the staff & the wonderful atmoshere

Pros: The staff were exceptionally helpful, welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool area & gardens are beautiful. Breakfast was perfect - lots of choice & nicely cooked & presented.

Cons: We would have preferred 2 single beds, not a double bed, and disappointed that this wasn’t possible despite many requests prior to our stay. Whilst the room & its facilities were very nice, we were not a couple & would have preferred that the bathroom afforded more privacy ie the washbasin was in the main bedroom, not in the bathroom & the shower/toilet area had a glass door with lots of gaps around.
