Clean room, 10 mins away from Falasarna beach!

Pros: The room was very clean, bed sheets and towels were changed and clean every day. Irina, the host was very sweet and tried to accommodate us as good as possible. The property has parking which was very helpful. Quiet area but close to Falasarna beach, 10 mins by car. There is a supermarket near by, also a very good bakery. Good value for money and good stay!

Pros: This place truly exceeded our expectations – it was even better than we imagined! The owners were incredibly helpful and made sure we felt warmly welcomed from the very beginning. They assisted us with ordering a taxi and even helped arrange breakfast delivered to our room when we were in a hurry, which we really appreciated. The location is perfect—very close to Falassarna Beach, and it's an ideal base for exploring both Elafonisi and Kissamos (where you can catch a boat to Balos). We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

Pros: It is a nice and clean hotel. It is located 10 min from Falasarna beach. The room I stayed in was nicely furnished, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The owners are friendly and nice people. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice host and room.

Pros: Host was very nice and friendly. House is located perfectly to visit falasarna and balos beach. We even had a chance to participate a local festival which was excellent.

The best accomodation

Pros: We liked everything. We've visited the property 3 times and every time we felt like home. Great location, big rooms, very clean, it's the best place you can stay. You will love it!

Cons: There is nothing we didn't like, absolutely nothing because everything is perfect.

Cons: The bathroom is a bit crammed, and the toilet can only be used sideways.

Pros: Excellent location and hosts, everything spotless clean. Very good location, on the central road but not noisy and very good facilities, overall great value.

Cons: The 3rd bed was a pop-out couch and was not comfortable for a 3rd adult. Generally the room we got was a bit small for 3 adults although the bit of sea-view from the balcony compensated a little.

Pros: Very confortable place, located in a quiet area called Platanos, from where you can move easily to Falassarna beach (10min), Balos (30min) or Elafonisi (1h). Spptlight cleanliness, and managed by a very kind family. Free parking, and with all services in the area:supermarket, pharmacy, tavernas, etc. We enjoyed the stay.

Pros: This pleasant Hotel in which we spent two beautiful weeks enchanted us so much that we decided to spend the next vacation again at AVENUE HOTEL FALASSARNA 🙂 We felt at home in the Hotel, the apartment was spacious, clean with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were very satisfied during our stay and can only recommend the hotel 👍

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. We were made very welcome by Irene, the hotelier. Large, well- lit room, with balcony; good and very clean facilities, including for cooking. Easy shaded parking. 10 minute drive to Falasarna Beach; supermarket and good restaurant within walking distance.
