Great place to stay with loads of character in the old part of town

Pros: We loved our stay and would 100% be back. Super comfy bed, amazing bathroom with lovely big shower and jacuzzi. Easy access to city centre. Beautiful room overall. You get bathrobes :) lovely host who greeted us.

Cons: It was tricky to find a relaxing light for the room - eithe bright or dark.

Pros: Very nice contact. Situated in Splantzia it’s perfectly close to everything, nice interior and roof top terrace. We first thought it might feel enclosed in the room ground floor without open windows but it was actually fine and enough light.

Pros: The hotel is well located in the Old Town. The entrance to the hotel is really welcoming and the whole hotel very clean and well maintained. Communication prior and during our stay was exceptional in answering any queries and informing us of any changes. Everything is on the door step, with the harbour only a 10min walk away. Yet the hotel is in a peaceful street with a small square with trees and seating areas.

Cons: Nothing, for us, it had everything we needed.

Pros: Beautiful room, design is immaculate. Bath tub is great.

Cons: Rooms aren’t soundproof you can hear others in the hotel as well as all the street noise making it quite difficult to sleep

Great place!

Pros: It was a great place, the location is perfect and the staff was very responsive and helpful. The room was very pleasant and had everything needed. We will definitely consider going back there should we visit Chania again.

Cons: It is a small minus but the location of the sink was odd and not very comfortable. But this is really a minor thing.
