Pros: The staff were outstanding - so courteous and friendly. The food was excellent. We didn't expect it to be as strong as it was and ended up eating there twice because it was so good. Breakfast was outstanding and the quality for money for this was so impressive.

Cons: The only critique is it is quite far out so a car is needed to get into Chania Old Town where the majority of the restaurants are. We did take a taxi one night which was reasonably priced.

Pros: Very friendly staff, great views, comfortable and spacious room, delicious breakfast.

Pros: The room, the pool, the staff, the superb breakfast. This was a gift from friends and it was wonderful.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I especially recommend booking a massage at the spa — it was absolutely amazing and made my stay even more enjoyable. I’d definitely come back again!

Absolutely perfect!

Pros: Absolutely everything was perfect! When we arrived there was a tiny issue with our room, we told the staff and they immediately sorted it and couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was truly beautiful and the view spectacular - it was our honeymoon and they gave us free sparkling wine and a beautiful floral arrangement in the room. The breakfast was catered to us (vegan) and delivered each morning to your room… We also had massages which were some of the best we’ve ever had, we didn’t want to leave!

Pros: We loved everything! It was clean and shiny. The room was perfectly designed and the pool was amazing. The stuff was very kind and helpful.

Pros: It exceeded our expectations.. so we stayed extra night. The service was fantastic. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean, food is brilliant ✨ Will definitely come back :)

A very good stay

Pros: The property is very new and nice and rooms have private pool.

Cons: There is parking but a bit difficult to park. The shower we have when turn on to max water can come out from the top of the shower. The chairs next to pool are not adjustable and probably designed for someone tall.
