Sea Breeze & Stunning Views - Pool Dream Gem

I recommend!

Pros: A very comfortable villa on a hill with magnificent views of the sea and mountains. Located near shops selling seafood and fruit. Convenient for travelling to beaches and various tourist locations if you have a car. Clean, comfortable, quiet, with everything you need in the kitchen and various appliances, good bed linen and pillows, a wonderful and clean swimming pool with evening lighting, and a terrace that is simply a magnet in the morning, afternoon and evening. Wonderful hosts! Stefanos and Galina create a cosy and comfortable atmosphere and are ready to help and advise on any issue. It was very nice when we arrived tired and hungry at 11 pm and found a complimentary gift from the hosts waiting for us in the kitchen: fruit, biscuits, delicious wine. It was very pleasant and unexpected. We will definitely come back and definitely recommend it!!!

Cons: More of a suggestion. There is a fee for heating the pool during the cold season. The owner informed us about this in advance, but this information is not specified on the booking site. It would be logical to include this information in the property description.

Pros: Das Apartment (wir hatten das im oberen Stockwerk) ist sehr geräumig, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich wirklich wie in einer Villa. Und der Blick vom (weitläufigen) Balkon über die gesamte Küstenlandschaft ist schlichtweg spektakulär! Schon allein dafür lohnt sich der Aufenthalt. Wir haben überdies in dem bequemen Doppelbett sehr gut geschlafen. Auch von dort hat man übrigens einen tollen Blick auf die Küstenlandschaft. Ganz nebenbei ist Polemárchi ein guter und ruhig gelegener Ausgangspunkt für schöne Ausflüge in alle Richtungen, und Stefanos ein überaus netter Gastgeber. Also, alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung :-)

Wenn wir Kreta wieder besuchen, dann auch Stefanos :)

Pros: Stefanos war ein sehr liebenswerter Gastgeber, er war sehr bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Wohnung ist groß, gemütlich, mit Liebe eingerichtet und die Küche ist für eine Ferienwohnung super ausgestattet. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einfach traumhaft, ebenso vom Pool.

Cons: Nichts, es war einfach super.
